Thank you for making me understand it a bit more. My question is when I try this and start the flight , I sometimes see the Garmin didn’t pick up the efb correct or what also happened is that it looked like everything was good in nav but I didn’t have a tod so I kept on flying instead of start descent even thought I had vnav on also. Did I miss something ?
Thank you for watching the video and your comment. I have already posted this video on my channel and you can find it under ILS Approach and Landing tutorial for Cessna 172
@ Thanks for replying. I will look at that but my camera in the cockpit is not working properly. Can you do a video on cameras? There are some online but very confusing to a senior.
Yes, you can use the autopilot for VFR (Visual Flight Rules) plans in a Cessna 172, but it's generally recommended to hand-fly the aircraft during the visual portion of the flight. Using the autopilot during VFR flight can help reduce workload, but always be prepared to take manual control when necessary, especially during critical phases of flight like takeoff and landing. Thank you for watching the video and your comment.
Oh.. I see. Whenever I try to put VFR patterns in my flight plans and load them into the avionics its almost like they don't load at all.. it just gets reset to Direct..
Your videos are very well done! Very detail oriented.
Thank you very much. This kind of appreciation is always a great source of encouragement. Have a nice day.
Very good and detailed. You should do more tutorials for beginners who are trying MSFS24 for the first time. Great vid
great instructor. Thank you .
Thank you very much for watching the video and your comment. Have a nice day.
Ty for your Tutorial!
i miss the part where you sit in the plane and load the route from planner into the garmin
There is a video on my channel which explains this part. Here is the link ruclips.net/video/JzpzSA_3x58/видео.htmlsi=tJCA3E_tzfLe42NL
@@aatifahmad ty, but the linked video doesn't answer my question. It only shows how to start the cessna 172 skyhawk which iam aware of.
Actually I made the flight plan and loaded it in the avionics in the world map and didn’t do it in the plane.
Cool video! Where can I learn the appropriate cruise altitude depending on the plane I am flying?
You can search over the internet to get the best cruising altitude of the plane you are flying
Can you show tutorials on how to use VNAV?? Also how to use APR mode?
Everything is explained in this video ILS RNP & VOR Approaches Explained for Cessna 172 G1000 in MSFS 2024

Very good video!
Thank you very much!

Are you trying this in the career mode?
@ no , free flight with Cessna 400 Corvalis
hi. great tutorial. can you make instructions on how and when to activate the approach button in Cessna?
Thank you for watching the video and your comment. I have already posted this video on my channel and you can find it under ILS Approach and Landing tutorial for Cessna 172
I have looked forward to your comments on msfs24. Can you tell me why the camera seems to shake especially in cockpit view?thx
It usually happens due to turbulence setting. If you change the settings the shake will reduce. I hope this will solve your issue.

@@j_london9791 Sure I will try to do that and post it. Thank you for watching the video
When I set a route it expects me to do a 100 degree turn, how do I make it smoother ??
Can you let me know that which route you are trying?
Probably a stupid question, can you not use VFR patterns with autopilot? I thought modern day autopilot could utilize them.

When I send EFB plan to Cesna 172 nothing happens. In plane there is a straight line between airports. In carrer i have the same problem.
Are you trying this in the career mode
@@aatifahmad I already know what it's going on. It's not working for small airports where are available only vfr departures and approaches
