Now, that's next level. That development at ED cnr Harare is a shopping centre called Cardinals Corner, which is owned by the same people who did Highlands Park.
Do you ever watch the videos you make? Sometimes it’s important to ask your driver to slow down so that you actually capture your content at the right speed as we all know you are having to make do with a mobile phone that’s designed to capture static images and not high speed images. Please don’t get me wrong: I love your channel and you do have potential.
@stephenkuuzabuwe6451 thank you so much for this feedback. I really appreciate so much. Will keep on working on the speed so that I bring out the best video. Thank you so much for supporting 👏👏👏
Nice houses. I have noticed that pple really struggle to finish building in Zim. Could be the cost of materials. I say saw because non of these upcoming suburbs is ever really finished. It doesn't mater how long its been around for.
Oh my dear, you are so right, costs of materials can be a big struggle. And at times I think the cost of these stands play a role on these unfinished houses. Its so hard to finish up a house at this rate. The should be a balance between rentals, cost of land and building materials kuti zvirerukewo
I think that when you're building a house you must always be around to check progress. Some people live in the diaspora and entrust relatives to supervise the building project only for those relatives to pocket the money and not do anything. I know one lady who was working in New Zealand who was sending money to her brother to build a house. Only to find out the brother was spending the money on his personal stuff.
@nomahope3182 Eish the brother is so heartless. He was supposed to think of his sister's sleepless nights trying to raise that money... At times I think working or trusting a stranger with money is better nowadays.. These close people are pulling us down instead of helping us to go forward
It is a nice area, big house s, but not for me anymore. I grew up in a closed, community and boring. I now prefer westlea. It's on the middle and I would still have the same falsities..I can see people, although I will have my durwal.
Beautiful area indeed. Thank you so much for sharing.
