- in this video number {770} SMPS Is Not Working || SMPS Not Turning ON. i explained how to troubleshoot, test and repair UC3842 current mode smps controller ic to provide 24V 2 ampere in flyback topology. this 3842 ic belongs to a complete family of KA3842, TL3842, MIC38HC42, UC3843, KA3843, TL3843, MIC38HC43, UC3844, KA3844, TL3844, MIC38HC44, UC3845, KA3845, TL3845, MIC38HC45, all the above mentioned ics have approximately similar circuits. i found the smps controller, vcc capacitor, vcc rectifier, and 2x zener rectifiers, and one SCR in protection circuit.

Sir, Agriculture spray pump ke charger (Adapter) me secondary me feedback section me TL431 ki jagah par S9015 C331 no. ka transistor laga hua hai. koi bhi component short nahi hai. fir bhi sabhi capacitors, opto coupler, Diode change karke dekha lekin primary aur secondary me fluctuation ho raha hai. samjh me nahi aa raha aakhir kya fault hai.. please guide kijiye.. maine aapke sabhi videos ko 3-3 baar dekha hai fir bhi solve nahi kar paya..

Sir optocoupler par pehle 1.2 volt aa rahe the , baad m ( after optocoupler change) 1.9 volt ho gaye , feedback par pehle 2.6 volt the aur baad m bhi same hi thee.
Kuch clear nahi hua.
