Foraging Chicken Fat Mushroom on the woods | Chicken Fat Mushroom preparation and cooking 🍄

We went for a Saturday walk on the woods after the heavy rain we had last night, we ended up forging these chicken fat mushrooms and cooked them. They actually acquire the taste of any seasonings we put.
Slimy but yummy 🍄😋

It’s recommended to dry / dehydrate these mushrooms first before eating. It will greatly improve their flavor.
