unfortunately, I retired with these guys right after graduation, pretty much. I'm still on vocals and improved leaps and bounds! I'm keen on bringing it back again with some other dedicated and talented people I've met studying audio engineering throughout 2023, it will take me some time but expect some videos through 2024, love to all soad fans

@nukachronic6211 Yeah, I'm 21 now with audio engineering qualifications. you will definitely see videos throughout the next couple of years as I've made it my career. Performing is a fantastic side hobby that fits.

As somebody who listened to system of a down back in 2008 to 2012 when the rap scene was really started to take over and was consistently ridiculed for my choice of music it always warms my heart to see a younger generation listening and recreating the music that I love so much.

amen, these songs have a very personal meaning for me as I've suffered depression for many years now and these songs were the only ones that have clicked with me. I have all their live performances all from bootleg traders and I wish to start a coverband soon mimicking their very late 2001 early 2002 post 9/11 era of live performances. I now have a far superior audio setup but unfortunately no drummer and all the other original instrumentalists are gone unfortunately

This is super awesome, these guys are really good, the vocalist is on point, and also the fact they played songs from their first album really shows the care and appreciation.

wooot! I loved doing it, I've been through a lot brother, they still come from a real place. I am studying sound engineering and I am very interesting in recording again for the future and building myself up from there, i am currently topping my classes and loving the exp. I just wish i could re-release this with better EQ lol.

I hope that you all continue to pursue music at some directive, because you guys obviously have the skills and chops to do something great with your skills. I could only imagine the original content that could come out of this lineup, but we'll see. You guys definitely need a good sound engineer though.

i was replicating speeches seen between september of 2001 and june of 2002 where serj used to give post 9/11 speeches as a transisition between toxicity from science, you can watch my remastered badlands bar footage for a clearer SBD recording. I've been waiting 4 years for someone to make a comment about this speech so ayy! finally!
