I remember how people were saying disney was softening the CW and censoring it. Man that episode was brutal.
GimmieTheJimmie Exactly, with the parallels they were drawing between how Maul dealt with the clones vs how Ahsoka dealt with the clones, it’s clear Ahsoka has changed at this point. I know people were complaining from even the first major trailer that Disney was censoring it by having Ahsoka slash at the Mandalorians’ weapons instead of their bodies.
This is NOT Disney. This is Dave Filoni and his crew coming back to finish what they started. It took years to convince Disney otherwise.. NEVER forget that.
@@CT-Woods And the point they're making is that Filoni is doing this UNDER DISNEY. They could've easily forced him to make changes to soften the seventh season, but didn't. Also, if you're so convinced that Star Wars under Disney is dumbed down, how do you explain stuff like the hallway scene in Rogue One, which also occurred under Disney?
I can literally apply to same argument to George Lucas lol. "Phantom Menace had Jar Jar Binks and a little kid as comic relief, George Lucas bad"
Not everything has to end with the punchline "Disney bad." Plenty of legit stuff to criticize them for (Rise of Skywalker, for instance), but this doesn't feel like one of them.

Disney is not just bad, it is TERRIBLE. You use once instance of when Disney did something right for Star Wars. That was a darth fucking Vader scene... they literally could of done nothing different... As far as Filoni goes, Disney couldn’t force him to do shit. The script was already written and everything. We, the fans, forced Disney to released the last season unimpeded though you wouldn’t know because you were too busy blowing Mickey Mouse.
Disney screwed up Star Wars horrendously.. pacifying the crap out of it, making disgusting story lines and removing all fan made or previously legal renditions of Star Wars, pulling all trademarks and setting up their very own corporate empire with Star Wars. Not even to mention all the SJW bullshit they invested into the story.
As far as real fans are concerned.. Disney writers do not make cannon for Star Wars. It will never be recognized to us, only newbies and softcocks such as yourself will accept it..

How ironic, Bo Katan had for years been against her sister and her pacifistic approach saying that Mandalore should go back to it's roots. Bo idealizes the warriors of old, a time of a stronger Mandalore. Here we see a small glimpse of the Mandalore see sought for, one covered in ash and fallen kinsmen. Even if she'll never be the person Satine was, I would like to believe that Bo, even for a moment, understood what drove her sister to franatically bring peace to her people.
I tend to think she is kind of misunderstood person who realises the reality, it’s a bit late to realise that, but she did change because of her loyalty to her sister and her family. I feel like she is very underrated and well-written character we should all appreciate

She obviously didn't care about family because she was willing to have her Sister killed in the first place to take over Mandalore, she just hated it when someone else beat her to the position. There is nothing to appreciate from her, she even tried to manipulate Obi-wan into sending Clones to occupy Mandalore which there was an entire episode about why that would be a very bad idea and something Satine would not want. Bo-Katan is a terrorist and she got off Scott free for some stupid reason. And as we can already see during the Mandalorian show, she led her people to ruin. What exactly do we appreciate her for? The fact that she consistently fucks up? The fact that she's a woman? There is nothing good about this idiot

In Clone Wars: she asked Ashoka for help an ancient enemy of mandalorians to help free her people with death match she believe that peace made mandalore weak l joined terriorst to make mandalore great again in arrogance she joined with Sith and betryal them seized the throne and maul killed her sister she and her had different point of views in the end mandalore was weak and needed protection her sister was weak but right mandalore needs to move forwars from warriors conqueoring to warriors defned there home but not conqueoring she said i wish l know something more than fighting because she saw the battle and the people killed or injured and ashoka say they need a new leader not strong like Mandalore the ultimate conqueoring but leaders like her sister who was pasties but care to secure her home and strengthen mandalore from invaders.

Bo katana forgot all that and acts like a spolied child wanting the throne and weapons for more death and i hate this character change i I think she went through the Mandalorian Purge seeing the empire wipe out the cultural and believe in violence again
I would change her by giving up her throne to someone else worthy and getting the darksaber destoryed showing that mandalore conqueors and death is over but the mandalorian will be like Spartan in greece fighting with honor and willing to die with glory and helping the new republic with thearts like the first order
I like how all the Bo Katan hate started when she called out Boba for not being a mandalorian😂😂 It was rare to see a hater before that. I mean who knew Boba fans were so sensitive
A new alliance/treaty formed between Jedi/Republic and Mandalor, for whatever time is left for them.

Now I'm wondering what happened to Rook Kast, Maul's other second-in-command.
We see her get captured by Bo Katan in the last episode but she doesn't show up again in Rebels like Saxon.

I can’t express the emotions I’m feeling right now after watching such a sad and brutal episode when Rex was given the order my heart sank and it made me so sad watching him shake and drop his helmet struggling to fight off the chip inside of him as he starts mumbling fives because he’s realizing everything he said was right until Rex can no longer hold back firing at Asoka

This final ARC Is so great! I'm glad we see the Evolution of Bo Katan 'cause I hated her quick passage from terrorist to great leader when she appeared in Rebels
Still do not see the difference in her character, you're telling me it took a war for her to see the foley. What was the thousands of Mandalorian texts not good enough, nor her own sisters challenges. The only one I pity in this whole thing is Satine and even Obi Wan.
Its not really evolution. She doesn't seem much different from when we first saw her.

Going by the season finale of Mandalorian, she most likely suffered a horrible & humiliating death at the hands of Gideon after everything she fought for is burned to the ground, her warrior pride rendered impotent in the face of the Empire's overwhelming power, & her saber taken to serve as her conqueror's trophy. A fitting death for a person like her really.

I've noticed that over all the seasons Ahsoka actually got taller, which obviously yeah makes sense.
By Rebels she's 6.2 ft (montrals included), which is Anakin's height. But Anakin also got a height boost as Vader
So with out lekku how tall is she? I would say 5,10 maybe 5,11 cuz those shits look huge.

Mandalore is just like Iraq and Afghanistan. The clones came and defeated the threat but never left.

The Peace Park and Memorial Shrine at 1:14. Duchess Satine had it commissioned as a monument to those who died in the many wars of Mandalore's past. And now it is in ruins thanks to yet another war.
I remember in the first episode Mandalore appeared in. Sundari was such a bright and peaceful place; now it is smoke-filled and war-torn. Because of Death Watch.

I don't think it took a day, I mean judging from the events of RotS, the Siege started before or during the Battle of Coruscant, and ended around the time Obi-wan found Grievous on Utapau, the time between those was likely more than a day or two

This episode literally had me in shock! And we thought Jesse turning was bad. Rex's was even worse! I swear I thought he had his chip out way before this! Got to admit though after that comment Windu gave to Ahsoka I was not sad to see Windu go.
This may come off as unrelated - but I sort of get why even after allying with the Republic, Bo Katan was not given control of the planet when the Empire arrived. Simply put: Her past indicates that she has no real loyalty to anyone or anything, but herself. Either its when she is betraying her sister, by supporting, joining and leading a terrorist/criminal group that overthrows her and executes her. Or its her own organization, Death Watch, just because her boss got killed in an 'legal' honour duel
TLDR: Bo Katan wasn't appointed as leader of Mandalore, because her history consists of her backstabbing everyone, with her capable of justifying the reasons.
I think she's going through a change however. Everything has a ripple effect. One power takes over until another.
Well I agree, Satine was trying to heal Mandalore and Bo Katan did everything to prevent it, since terrorism to frame Satine and kept her prisoner in a secret prison while making her a scapegoat, all because she wanted a traditional (war monger) Mandalore. But when a new leader claims leadership following THE TRADITIONAL MANDALORE RULES, she betrays him and seeks help in the republic who she previously despised. Not really a consistent ally at all.
I agree, Bo Katan is a mischievous, traitorous rat which is now playing the role of the victim
This is why I have a strange satisfaction in the heavy implication that Gideon killed her after he conquered Mandalore. After everything Bo had done, its rather karmic that she most likely died the same way Visla did. Found wanting as her warrior pride proved to be absolutely worthless in the face of real power.
I thought Bo didn't like Maul leading Mandalore was because HE wasn't a Mandalorian.

The best clone wars Arc for me, was Fives's Arc, then the Arc on Umbara and Domino Squad. However the most hyped arc is the siege of Mandalore for me.
Asad Khan so I watched all of the episodes on this list of “episodes to watch” which is like most of the important episodes but definitely missed some of them. So I should finish watching those before I go to 7 then haha

Well since Saxon became the viceroy of the planet I think a lot of super commandos just joined the empire.
You can really see how much Bo had changed. Even though she sided with death watch she still cared for Satine and was willing to finally rule Mandalore in Star Wars rebels
She went perfectly along with ruining Satine rule, undermining her authority, disacredite her, frame her for false crimes and kept her in a hidden prision, her change of heart after her death felt as coming of nowhere.
xCoatlicuex it stemmed from maul. She didn’t trust him from the beginning. Then he killed her leader and realized the path it was going.
Didn't she try to have her own sister assassinated. Only reason she hated maul was he took control from her at least Pre Visla had the guts to fight Maul one on one she ran away like a coward and betrayed the rest of her people and doomed them simple because she couldn't rule.
I think deep down she cared for Satine but she was blinded by death watch’s abd Pre Vizsla’s philosophy. Soon after pre died the moment Obi Wan talked about Satine her face was one of remorse rather than satisfaction. I have a feeling Pre may have fed her some propoganda and when he died she finally snapped back into reality and tried to undo everything she did to her home world.

Theory out there says Rook became the armorer in the mandalorian. I think this may turn out to be true because Rook’s story after the clone wars is quite literally empty so it’s not much of a stretch that she became the armorer.
