Petaling Street is famous for imitation goods🤭 the trick is to bargain hard when purchasing your item. Being able to converse in Mandarin is a plus factor.

Before the pendemic we had a tough time bargaining in Petaling st. because of my wife and our middle eastern lingo, but we were lucky staying at the Berjaya time sq. at a certain floor there use to be a similar setup with a fix labeled but better priced without having to haggle..👌

Solo why dont you try shopping at Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. So many youtubers only know of Chinatown. Thats not the only shopping area. What a waste. Hey but if you guys like stuff in Chinatown by all means enjoy...

Sorry, I meant in general most ytubers only know of 2 shopping experience. The upmarket areas like Bukit Bintang/Pavillion/KLCC golden triangle areas and Chinatown. That was what I meant by a waste. Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman is totally ignored/undiscovered. Theres also the wholesale market Kenanga, GM etc.
