The 2 stringed instruments are called Morin khuurs or horse head fiddles the 3 stringed instrument is called a tovshuur or lute ( that's the one that looks like a pointed guitar).
The beginning of this song always puts me in mind of Judas Priest. This is a good video, but for me, there is a better version from the 2020 Naadam Festival in Mongolia. That video was filmed in the full light of day, and features an actual horde of Mongols with horses, flags, dancing girls, and one of the most wicked-looking bows I have ever seen!
