I have an idea to make your morgues more realistic! If you replace the middle row of computers with cauldrons with water it will be like sinks that the mortician can use to wash their hands before and after doing an autopsy! I would also add empty cauldrons at the ends of each table so that it's like a drainage for any blood and stuff. Finally so it isn't so vague you could call one of them a Morgue and the other a M.E. Lab just to have some variety! ^-^ I hope I helped

I have a regular museum with art as well as rare jems artifacts and more. But I dont think I will have one for just art so I can use the space on other buildings.
I know what you could do for the parking garage and the elevator. Split the garage into two areas and have the elevator in the middle of the wall that splits the garage.
can you add wonder tower with like the jumping thing and the heli pads for the TYGER security helicopter and add the room where Hugo strange is and if you have the time and the strength to build arkham city go for it and build it around wonder tower like in batman arkham city I hope you can do it😉
This gotham I am building is my own gotham with some inspiration taken away from different stories as well as easter eggs. I put an easter egg about Arkham City in my world but I am not gonna directly build it because I have seen a good few people do it and I want to be different. But that is a really cool idea! I have given thought about building wonder tower but I dont think I will build arkham city.
Can you put an award for commisher Gordon from Chicago because i read batman files I think he said he was from Chicago the moved to Gotham city is that right ?

For Mad Hatter you should put some mercury in his evidence case because Mad Hatter puts the mercury in his hat which makes him crazy.

In the desk room in your blank space you can make chests filled with"guns" so when the crime alarm goes off they can grab em and go
