I would like to see a wider variety of street tasks to do like thugs are gone after a part in the game and never seen again
I find them all over. Then again, they always get interrupted by Hunters and Symbiotes.
I want to see smaller ones too. Like a single Thug trying to break into a house and we stop them easily, or someone loses something on top of a high place and we find it for them.
thugs never stop spawning. Thugs just stop spawning on act 3 when symbiotes take over but that just lasts 3 missions anyway

It baffles me that they gave us new symbiote colors, but only the option to switch tendrils to black or white. 🤦♂️

Black and white are the only symbiotes that were Venom and Anti-Venom there was no way we were ever gonna get something like a purple symbiote like in shattered dimensions And just because the symbiote suits got suit colours they're still the suits they were originally and they're suit styles why can't people like you appreciate what we get

Playing the new game plus mode for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is INSANELY fun! It feels SO good to FINALLY play this game again! Also, I LOVE how the Raimi suit looks AFTER the new game plus update!

That just sounds like a no-brainer to me. I mean they already have the "story" tendril color option where it DOES that for Venom and Anti-venom. You would think the other side of that switch would just match the tendrils to whatever style you're using.

It's not accurate to the story. As simple as that...
People need to get over the fact that spiderman is an open world single player story game, it's not a sandbox. If people want different colors then play lego spiderman.

I like how they allowed you to continue leveling up with NG+. I believe they called it Ultimate leveling, which there appears to be 4 levels of Ultimate leveling. Even adding new suit customization.
Yeah this was a cool addition. I would have preferred new skills as well
It got updated again last night, not sure what it did. Probably bug fixes, Peter did start climbing air on me the day prior.

Insomniac responded to someone saying they wanted the option to choose between symbiote and iron spider arm parry and they said they've been taking in feedback or something like that, so I have a feeling we'll get that next update!!! i HOPEEE. Would love to be able to have symbiote dash/jump and webs on any suit we want too.
I feel like the story in Spider-Man 2 was kind of underdeveloped because Insomniac has big plans for the future and they wanted to save it for something.
They just didn't have time to finish
@0:55 I was really hoping that they let you toggle the tendrils off and on as well, cuz sometimes I want to run the superior suit/civil war falcon suit/iron spider suit for the mech arms and the mech arm parry is overridden by the tendrils later in the story and from the very start in NG+. Which is kinda a shame seeing how cool all the variants look depending on the suit being used and being able to toggle tendrils back on when you want to run a symbiote Spidey build

Definitely not normal
With this update even if you change your tendril colors the game sees you as using anti-venom. I wouldn’t notice this if the black suit didn’t have some unique takedown animations involving the symbiote punch. Those were my favorites but there doesn’t seem to be a way to see them in ng+.

Apparently my brothers said Miles' end game suit got updated. Not to sure on that though. I would love for them to add more weather and such, but I'm extremely excited for future dlc for the game.
(I can also understand why they took a while for NG+. The amount of stuff they needed to add in like burn damage to scream, and animations for the symbiote abilities being a couple of things they needed to do.)

When I used the debug menu, it ended up corrupting my entire game. I was lucky to have done it on an alt account instead of my main to protect the save data, but now I gotta reinstall it again lol

The biggest question I had, is when the DLC's come out considering they planned to release first one during December 2023, but due to the hack they postponed it. It has been about 6 months and even after the NG+ update there are no news on when the DLC will be out ....

No cap if I did the debug thing and lost my save and trophies I would be fine with it. The save is backed up to the cloud and I would be fine with having to go through and get the trophies again. Especially considering how easily I earned them in the first place.
My game stuttered really bad when first opening the game and when transitioning to cutscenes from gameplay post update. Anybody else have this problem?

Just saying up on Dpad does nothing for Peter. Could easily be updated to allow quick suit switch between black suit and normal suit or anti venom suit whichever you have selected.

Why did the add-on not download? Why did you tell me why it was dismantled? Because Insomniac said it itself that the add-on would be released at noon in March 2024 and why was it not released? I want to add. I don't want the red symbiote suit. I want to add Beetle Infestation. Tell me why it didn't come out with the update.
Why didn't they release the update? They lied to us or the update. This was New Game Plus in an update in the same month that the add-on was released after Beetle Infestation.

They have other projects (Wolverine) to work on and still some damage control to do after the leak, probably

I would be fine with paid DLC as long as it's a good story and give us a decent amount of gameplay of course. Something like IKI island from Ghost Of Tsushima. Or The Lost Legacy. Something among those lines. Though i think Lost Legacy wasn't DLC but rather a full story game. (It's been a while that i played it. 😅) Anyway, all good games. Really loved them all!

I hope we get a Spider-Man game soon completely disconnected from insomniac. I want it to be very 90s inspired in art style. Spider-Man only. No multiverse, no variants.
