I listened to this yesterday while walking through the woods. That's what I usually do when I listen to you. As I got closer to home, my head started to hurt. The sun seemed to get brighter, hotter, and more white. When I got home, all I could do was lie in bed. It's 2:45 am here in West Michigan, and my head is still hurting. The pain moves around my head and does so, and I get used to it being in one spot. I am only sharing my experience and not complaining about being in pain. I am embracing it and going to work through it. You are so appreciated! 😌✌🏼💙✨️

Hi Juan 🤍 Thank you for tuning in & your openness to share your experience. What I feel resonant to share in relation to your scenario is how the pineal gland is light sensitive & it benefits directly from sun stimulation. Within this activation there is a light code transmitted for the pineal gland in connection & combination with a 3rd eye light code. So the combination of being outside along with the sun may have contributed extra emphasis of the activation energies with the pineal gland. The pineal gland was commonly called the “third eye”, its location is deep in the center of the brain & is connected to light via the circadian rhythm & melatonin secretion. I feel to recommend allowing yourself to continue to regulate the third eye opening with the energies with extra rest & hydration. Water through showers or a salt bath are a great conduit to help with the cellular level shifts & clearing for the energies from the activation to settle. Also if you can focus on your third eye center in silence in meditation, envision energy there expanding out to help lift the painful spot of energies out from the orbit of the energy field around your head. Searching for third eye healing meditation frequencies (just the healing music or binaural frequencies, not with light language or meditation, etc) may also be of help. I also recommend learning about pineal gland decalcification & third eye opening, there can be some overlap in symptoms with migraines & headaches in experiences for some people & your energy field may be in the process of this. I found that a whole food diet with no processed foods or additives really made a difference to the pineal gland. You also sleep better. A lot of people avoid e numbers but overlook avoiding things like "barley malt extract"and "yeast extract", which are both labelling for MSG. Then there is maltodextrin, which is terrible for the body and causes damage to the brain and other organs. It also causes diabetes. Maltodextrin hides behind labelling such as "corn starch", "potato starch" or any other "starch" on a product. They can also lie and label it as "corn flour" or "pea flour" or similar. The food industry spends more on lobbying to get label laws to cover up what they do than the tobacco industry spends! Premade, ready made packet foods are generally toxic. Best to eat true whole foods.

I listened to this yesterday while walking through the woods. That's what I usually do when I listen to you. As I got closer to home, my head started to hurt. The sun seemed to get brighter, hotter, and more white. When I got home, all I could do was lie in bed. It's 2:45 am here in West Michigan, and my head is still hurting. The pain moves around my head and does so, and I get used to it being in one spot. I am only sharing my experience and not complaining about being in pain. I am embracing it and going to work through it.

@obscurum6 I had a pretty ruff night, but I made it through, lol. Hot showers do it for me. Now it's more like those old paddles with a ball and rubber band stapled to it that we played with as kids. I'm not sure if that makes sense to you, lol. Quick sharp pains, I guess is what I mean. Thank you!

Hi Juan 🤍 Thank you for tuning in & your openness to share your experience. What I feel resonant to share in relation to your scenario is how the pineal gland is light sensitive & it benefits directly from sun stimulation. Within this activation there is a light code transmitted for the pineal gland in connection & combination with a 3rd eye light code. So the combination of being outside along with the sun may have contributed extra emphasis of the activation energies with the pineal gland. The pineal gland was commonly called the “third eye”, its location is deep in the center of the brain & is connected to light via the circadian rhythm & melatonin secretion. I feel to recommend allowing yourself to continue to regulate the third eye opening with the energies with extra rest & hydration. Water through showers or a salt bath are a great conduit to help with the cellular level shifts & clearing for the energies from the activation to settle. Also if you can focus on your third eye center in silence in meditation, envision energy there expanding out to help lift the painful spot of energies out from the orbit of the energy field around your head. Searching for third eye healing meditation frequencies (just the healing music or binaural frequencies, not with light language or meditation, etc) may also be of help. I also recommend learning about pineal gland decalcification & third eye opening, there can be some overlap in symptoms with migraines & headaches in experiences for some people & your energy field may be in the process of this. A salt bath is a great idea. Sea salt or bicarbonate of soda are great in the bath.
I found that a whole food diet with no processed foods or additives really made a difference to the pineal gland. You also sleep better. A lot of people avoid e numbers but overlook avoiding things like "barley malt extract"and "yeast extract", which are both labelling for MSG. Then there is maltodextrin, which is terrible for the body and causes damage to the brain and other organs. It also causes diabetes. Maltodextrin hides behind labelling such as "corn starch", "potato starch" or any other "starch" on a product. They can also lie and label it as "corn flour" or "pea flour" or similar. The food industry spends more on lobbying to get label laws to cover up what they do than the tobacco industry spends!
Premade, ready made packet foods are generally toxic. Best to eat true whole foods.

It is a paradox in that I "know" in a way but not in the way like we know a traditional language, although there are times I "interpret" it & all of my video descriptions share the energetic translations behind the intention of the light language- more so light language is an energy meant to be felt through the vibration & frequencies of the language/sounds more non-linearly as you experience it through heart, soul & your energy field.
