It took me a moment to fully realise they'd never seen a malteser before. I was literally in disbelief.
It's identical to whoppers.
Same, it's like sending sweets to a far away planet or something.
but tastes different ,whoppwers i heard have a terrible texture and inferior chocolate
***** that's not surprising, just look at the state of Cadbury's after the American buy out. Tastes like cheap cooking chocolate.
*****
Tastes almost the same to me. The center at least, of course the chocolate is a little different, because american chocolate is more milk based. But it is the same product overall malted milk ball.
"Why does it have a warning on candy?"
Says the guys from the country where Kinder Eggs are illegal hahaha
lmao
Haha
omg they dont have jelly baby's in American they are missing out!!
Mya El-Shennawy jelly beans are about the same thing I think. If you don't have jelly beans then I'm guessing that your version is jelly baby's.
Jelly beans and jelly babies are completely different
Im sorry for the accents

are you aware that Yorkshire is in Britain?
@@sarahspaceslippers Of course... there is a difference between typical 'British' and Yorkshire accents.

There's a British candy bar called Crunchie, that's like a Butterfinger, but the inside is less hard and brittle. That's the stuff, man.
Ohh gawd i luuuuve me a good crunchie bar

Oh ye but there nice not discusting like allsorts haha
I am also a brit and my nan never had allsorts. She always had humbugs and worthers xD
Monica Ledger literally the worst sweets around
I actually like allsorts but however nice Werther's Original are you have to admit your nan probably has an empty tin of them in her loft full of Christmas present tags
I guarantee you all Brits watching this either got really annoyed or just died laughing
Sam Collins both!! It was very cringes and very funny st the same time

i think they said on a video on another channel wine gums were eventually discontinued :(
You guys do realise that there is no milk in the tea! We usually don't drink it without milk.
Could you explain your statement again? "You realize there's no milk in the tea...we don't drink it without milk"...I'm getting mixed signals here
he meant there is no milk in the tea they are drinking but there should be

And it's pronounced yorksher. Not York shire.
Reading or West Minster Southern ?
Right.
So first off: That tea needs milk.
Secondly: That flake needs a cone. That cone needs some ice cream. That ice cream needs a beach. That beach needs to be visited on one of our very rare sunny days. ONLY THEN will you truly experience the glory of a Flake.
milliehutchings its green tea you don't put milk with green tea
milliehutchings ah yes, the old 99'er that now costs closer to two quid 😂
Look at the colour of it. There was Milk in it. even if it was only a little bit. also It's NOT green tea.
milliehutchings yes yes
Saunders Gaming you do put milk with yorkshire tea though.
"It may prevent breathing. Whats wrong with that?" mood
Living in Canada I always find it weird when the U.S doesn’t have the candy that we have here. It just feels like we are so close to each other that we would have the same stuff, but I get it.
they don't put flake in soft serve ice cream in America??? well I'm never visiting...
A crumbly chocolate from England that people put on(unless they stopped)ice cream cones.
Celltosis and also in this very video......
.....well it's not American, so no......

Dylan Zrim I became accustomed to having flake in my ice cream while abroad and now I am sad because we don't sell it here. (Unless you go to a specialty shop).

"Perfectly serviceable." The polite British way of saying: "Well, it does the job." LOL!
Maltesers & Revel are made by the same company - Mars. In the UK, caramel has the consistency of a thick honey whereas toffee is harder & chewy. We pronounce nougat like 'nugget'. Pear drops & wine guns are very 'old-fashioned' sweets which are not so popular now.
GFINHK 🍷 🔫🔫
GFINHK Don't try and portray the way you pronounce a word as the way everybody in the UK says it. Anyone intelligent says noo-gah
Actually wine gums are quite popular pear drops definitely aren't but everyone from the uk must be able to agree with me that mint humbugs are the best sweet you can have
I don't say "nugget". I say nougat like "noogar"!
Euw, no!! I can't stand humbugs! And yes I'm British.
I'm shocked they've never had maltesers....

kenny hanly We have them, but they're definitely not something you find everywhere.
It`s ok friend...Just come to Canada instead, we got`s em here :)
We do have them, they just are kinda new here and only really found at specialty stores and movie theaters
We do, we have the Whoppers brand, and we mainly just call the Malts.
Yorkshire tea... Speaks in southern accent
They say York Shire smh
tea without milk is a sin
rcelliot who drinks tea with milk wtf? That sounds pretty bad, ima try it
Better off getting the real flavor of tea and taste the herbs instead of taint it with breast sustinants for a baby bovine.
@Psychedelic Drug User ew wth no the only tea which I'll except no milk in is green tea!
Tea without sugar and ice is a sin
If british not drinking tea is a sin, joking as like 60-80% of britians are coffee drinkers

Oh, where do you come from? Scotland? Ppffffftttttt, that isn’t a place
@@alex._5947 yo Scotland is better than English as English people will call them selfs British with pride where a scotsman will never call themselves Scottish as we have pride for being Scottish and not part of England

@@AlexanderMacAoidh Hey fellow Scottish person! Ikr! We have Charles Rennie Mackintosh, John Logie Beard, Alexander Graham bell I could go on! Us Scots have some pretty smart people
Usually you put flakes in ice-cream, it's usually like 5x the size of the ones you ate
I work in a candy store and we sell a ton of British candy! Flake bars and jelly babies are two of my favorites. Don't complain that Brits don't put anything in their chocolate - Cadbury Double Decker bars have a nougat bottom and a crisped rice top. Cadbury Boost has a soft center with biscuit (cookie) bits, a caramel layer around that, then it's delicious milk chocolate. Fry's and Sultan's Turkish delight is dipped in milk chocolate (Sultans is better btw). Cadbury makes a ton of delicious filled chocolate bars. I can't eat regular Canadian chocolate anymore because British stuff is so much better! Wine gums are amazing too - they actually used to be made with wine and that's what gave them that firm texture. They're not made with wine anymore but they still taste great and have a firm texture. :)
Loreena B ... please to refer to British candy as British sweets...it makes more sense 😑
Loreena B it's sweets not candy ffs why AMERICA?!?!

All the wheel of mythicality has is gifts and gifticality😂
Most of this is in Canada too, so it's funny to watch knowing the tastes. We use flake in our house as flakes on cappuccino and ice cream, not as a stand alone treat. Pretty sure that's typically how it's used.
The point of a flake is for it to be crumbley
The toffee revel is not caramel. We do have both caramel and toffee. Caramel is softer and toffee is chewy and hard. Just thought I would mention because link thought we called caramel toffee
