  • In this video, we'll show you how to properly fit the pack for adult users and provide tips to make sure your little on enjoys the ride too!
When your back and hips hurt, hiking isn’t fun. Especially when you’ve got a squirmy little one on your back. So Osprey incorporated their award winning AG™ (Anti-Gravity) backpack suspension system into the Poco AG™ Plus child carrier. Lightweight aluminum stays provide load stability and the mesh shoulder harness and backpanel combination keeps you comfortable for the long haul. Max Load - 48.5 pounds.

It's 48.5 lbs not 28 FYI. Something missed in the conversion.

We absolutely love this pack and it works even better than we thought it would! Our daughter loves the fact that she can see over our head and visibility is uninhibited as well as the comfort when she inevitably falls asleep! :)

This is the worst hip belt design ever. Took it out once and it was a painful experience. No one in the family wants to wear it because the hip belt is extremely thin and hard digging into the hips. Read the reviews and you’ll see that I’m not the only one, I thought they would’ve fixed this by now but i guess not. Our first Osprey product and now probably our last, our old raggedy Dueter Kid Comfort II is more comfortable than this. This was such a waste of money and would not recommend this to anyone.

I am wondering what to do when the baby is trying to sleep? As I see it, the only thing missing is a cushion or some kind of neck/head rest for the baby? We found that our 10-month old looked rather uncomfortable while trying to fall asleep with his head wobbling a bit. May get easier when he gets bigger..?

Where should the waist straps hit on a woman for the best comfort, and how do you know what size to adjust the fit to? (I'm 5'6", I usually aim for the small setting). I just can't seem to get a comfortable fit. Somehow my hips and shoulders will both be extremely uncomfortable immediately, and I feel like the pack pulls way back on my center of gravity and I have to lean forward an awful lot. I try to tighten the hip strap well as I've heard you are supposed to distribute more weight to your hips than shoulders, but my hips also start getting numb which is concerning. I don't know what is normal as it is my first big framed hiking backpack though. Now that my daughter is over 20 lbs only my husband can carry her in this. Can you ever adjust it so it feels more like part of you instead of a giant thing dangling off my back? Or do I just need to train myself to get used to it? I'd like to try hiking alone with my daughter but don't feel like I can handle her in this pack myself until I figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for any insight.

I don't see an updated video as mentioned but if one is produced can you please time stamp the demo on how to put a pack on while the toddler is in the carrier.
