My thoughts on Molton Brown's Milk Musk Eau De Toilette and Milk Musk Eau De Parum. Also, how does Parle Moi De Parfum Milky Musk compare to both Milk Musk EDT and EDP? In this video, I'm also venting about how bad Molton Brown's USA Customer Service. I have placed an order over the Black Friday weekend and it's stuck in processing. I have reached out to Molton Brown 4 times via email and no response. Their customer service phone number is constantly busy. What gives? Pretty bad service I think. I love milk musk edt. It is warm and comforting and very long lasting on me. I don't get any metallic feeling from beginning to the end. I never have enough of it.
Can't wait to hear the new Labdanum Dusk and Neon Amber reviews, they both have very interesting notes.
I have the Milk Musk EDP and enjoy it. Yes, it doesn’t smell anything like Milky Musk.
You convinced me to try milk musk edt in the last video . I had the sample for like a year before I came back around to it and fell in love . Bought a bottle and also decided to buy a sample of the edp from stc. I think I’m falling in love with that too , and I may have to get that too when this sample is done . Never have I ever thought o needed an edt and edp version of the same fragrance 😂 it’s so cozy and I actually like the woodier amber vibes of the edp I didn’t think I would ! Edt is heavenly , the dry down is everything 🥛

Sorry to hear your bad experience withMB customer service. I think it’s because of the pandemic situation every customer service is like this in the UK right now, very sad. Thanks so much for the content, I’m so happy to hear you did this comparison video about the opinion between edp and edt version. The edp version I feel the same now, it does grow a bit, I’m enjoying more than before. Maybe will like it more when next winter comes. Lol. By the way, the Russian leather shower gel smells so good. My husband’s favourite at the moment, but I prefer to Geranium one more.
I have the Milk Musk EDT and I do enjoy it, it does not go metallic on me. I have not tried the EDP.

Sebastian, I'm not speaking for Molton Brown but it sounds to me that they have marked your multiple purchase order down as possible fraud or similar suspicious activity. I hope you get it sorted.
Customer service is dreadful, i ordered from them only to receive an email to say it wasnt in stock after receiving my payment.
They emailed to say it would take 10 days to refund, also no response to email. 🙄
Go on Twitter and bait them up you would soon get a response.

this happened to me with kohl's. no customer service & repeatedly emailing me asking if i can review multiple items I haven't received. it's definitely been a lesson for me
I usually go into the stores to get my fragrance
I had the same bad customer service with maitre parfumeur et gantier..perfume arrived after almost 4 week..and they respond email only after a few messagges and email.
I’ve had great customer service in soho
And milk musk is my favorite

Noses are different and they pick up different things. But I don't get the similarities. They are perhaps distant relatives.
