I just recently lost my 2 kittens. They went into the woods and never came back.. my parents and I thought they were ready to be in the woods because we wanted them to become outdoor cats. We had them for about a year. They went missing just 2 days apart. After that I kept feeding their food bowls hoping they would come back but they never did… Even to this day it’s hard to think about… We speculated that coyotes killed my cats. I just hope my dad can shoot some….

As someone who’s been through surprisingly amount of pet loss, I’m truly sorry about what happened. I have chickens and before we made a coop for them, they ate the dangling string on my curtain and this more than likely lead to their death. Losing a pet is something no one should go through. We have a deep bond with them and having that taken away is incredibly painful. I wish you the best and the same for Mochi.

I am also crying my eyes out and I've experienced something kinda like this i had a hamster her name was walnut and I had a hole in my floor and I went to the fair with my family and when I came back she was gone. She wasn't in the house.. we heard noises from the wall and I knew it was her after months and months of trying to get her it never worked a year later the apartment started to smell a bit and I knew it was walnut .. she was gone. I still think to this day that she escaped out to the streets and a cat ate her (a stray) i really miss walnut alot and wish to see her but now I got 2 guinea pigs to cheer me up! I still miss her tho..

I know this is an old video but this is just sad l like cats and mochi sounds like a really good kitty and just know that without you she would not have a good life. She would have been still on the streets. I bet you gave her such a great experience in this world 😭😥🥹

Gosh, I'm super, super, sorry for you. I had a cat exactly like yours, cheerful, peaceful, supportive, anything positive from a cat. I'm so sorry Sona. Loosing a family member whether they have fur, feathers, scales or skin is really hard. I've personally lost very close members of my family back in 2019 and I still haven't gotten over it and I dont think I ever will. Just know you gave Mochi the best life she could have had and she loved you very much. Again I am so sorry you have to go through this and I send my condolences to you and your family. She was a cute little kitty. Sona was so kind to take care of her. She was her best friend. The doctors were so kind to not give up on her. My cat almost died and when I was told she might’ve had to die, my entire world was shattered. Fly high mochi. We’ll miss you. 🩷🕊️

I started crying when I saw the thumbnail, i thought "No, this can't be true!" I know how it feels to lose a pet, it is more than heartbreaking, it crushes you and leaves unsure of what to do. I watched this video holding my cat and wanted to do nothing but let the tears roll thinking what if but I can't not for my cat. I love her with all my heart, and I shouldn't dwell on things. Basically, what I'm getting at is, yes it won't ever be the same but just know that Mochi is always with you in spirit! We are all here for you in this tough time!

Oh sona, I know what its like to lose a pet in a vet. My pet rat, Pete, had to go to the vets for daily checkups. So, when we were about to leave, I asked: “When are we gonna pick him up tomorrow?” and they said: “We aren’t going to.” Just then I realised why everyone was crying, and i joined in.
We’ve all had horrible moments like this, with real people and pets. We can’t bring them back but we could remember when we had them, no. They can NEVER be replaced. But we can be thankful for their time.
I know bro. I lost so many cats I loved that I replaced them, then they’re gone. now my sister is allergic to cats, and I am now alone without cats. fuck siblings

I'm so sorry Sona. Loosing a family member whether they have fur, feathers, scales or skin is really hard. I've personally lost very close members of my family back in 2019 and I still haven't gotten over it and I dont think I ever will. Just know you gave Mochi the best life she could have had and she loved you very much. Again I am so sorry you have to go through this and I send my condolences to you and your family. This may seem like such a “I’m comforting a little kid who lost a pet” but I fr think this is true, Mochi’s always gonna be right next to you, watching over you, even if she’s not alive. She loves you, and she knows you love her. She’s a great cat, and she was lucky to be taken care of by you. I hope you recover well, and she’ll always stay in your heart :)

I’m so sorry for your loss. Even though it’s been a year I’m crying. I’ll make sure to never have string near my cat.. my cat started meowing one day and it was for the same reason. If it happens one more time he’ll have to get put down. Thanks for the warnings.

I know how it feels to lose a pet, it is more than heartbreaking, it crushes you and leaves unsure of what to do. I watched this video holding my cat and wanted to do nothing but let the tears roll thinking what if but I can't not for my cat. I love her with all my heart, and I shouldn't dwell on things.
Basically, what I'm getting at is, yes it won't ever be the same but just know that Mochi is always with you in spirit! We are all here for you in this tough time!

Oh sona, I know what its like to lose a pet in a vet. My pet rat, Pete, had to go to the vets for daily checkups. So, when we were about to leave, I asked: “When are we gonna pick him up tomorrow?” and they said: “We aren’t going to.” Just then I realised why everyone was crying, and i joined in.
