Now im really looking forward to build my first HH truck 🤣😂 Just waiting for it to arrive from China, went for a MB Actros 3363 Gigaspace open side, almost 1/3 of the price compared to same modell from Tamiya. But HH comes with ball bearings, 35t motor and opening doors.
That esc sounds like its stuck on race mode, iv always had trouble setting them up. Just make sure your end points are all at zero before starting pressing the button on the esc. Looking forward to seeing if that shaved axle works 👍🏻
I've ordered from Time Tunnel Models and had the same email saying they're out of stock. The things is, a lot of online sellers that do not have physical stock and order in when WE order something. 🤬 I only cut down the long ones because I ordered short ones and long ones turned up instead 😐 I agree, Hercules Hobby quality is shocking and I've build one truck and one trailer and NEVER again, they are a blatant cheap LOW QUALITY Chinese copy of Tamiya. They are cheaper for a good reason, They're crap! I've got loads of the TBLE ESCs and they are junk...

Good luck, let’s hope their newer kits have improved, but I bet it’s still thinner materials, I’ll be following your build to see
