Nice idea, not original but nice. The Aquacat Dinglehopper was developed in Durban a good decade or so ago and is the leading, if not only surf bait-boat in South Africa. In terms of visibility, try adding a 1 meter long flag pole with dayglo yellow flag for line of sight, it helps if you have no elevation. The other concern I have is your bait pod, its too small in my opinion, especially if you want to target bigger sharks. Baits can go up to 2kg (or more) quite easily (common bait is a whole bonita) so maybe look at the Aqua system where they can take baits of up to 3kg. But good luck with this, if it ever comes into production let me know and I would be keen to see at what price point you come in at

I know i did not mean you are to expensive the parts you are using is expensive! The motor and the battery you running alone is close to R 5000 then the other stuff still needs to be added.
