Here is a demo of some of the most toneful pedals made. Each pedal is hand built and signed by Frank Marino . Based of Frank's pedal designs beginning in the 70's and refined throughout his touring career. Utilizing the highest quality components with lowest tolerances. The power trio is The Maxoom Boost, Dragonfly Overdrive and Juggernaut Fuzz Drive. Yep got the Juggernaut and Dragonfly. They are high quality and can be dialed in perfectly depending on your amp no doubt.
Seems best through a clean amp. They both compress out if not adjusted right.
So I use a Germino and get most of my drive there, so I have to set these delicately.
Dragonfly on its own through a clean amp, could almost pass for a Marshall cranked in a box.
They have that Frank kinda upper midrange and drive and go into nice feedback if you are turned up.
