- The House passed a series of spending bills that includes $60.8 billion of Ukraine aid and over $26 billion in aid to Israel. The House also voted to effectively ban the social media platform TikTok if it doesn't divest from its Chinese parent company.

TikTok isn't doing anything different than literally every other "free" website that requires a login. Only difference here is that it isn't US owned and doesn't stuff the coffers in the US. The ban solves nothing but instead will make someone here richer.

Inflation is due to after-effects of Covid, and the Ruzzian war in Ukraine.
So according to govt figures, there's around 650k homeless persons in America. If the $60b were to aid homeless people in America instead of giving it away to another country, every person would get around $90k. The US basically has all these public health issues just because the govt frankly wants to have them.
