Thanks for sharing🥰
@@SultanaRazia-jx8mk You're welcome.
Nobody seemed to like Bluebeard’s Castle 😂
@@Alicia-606 The cover is the only good thing about Bluebeard's Castle🤣
What a fun tag!
@@Already-Overbooked I had so much fun doing the tag. Thank you for watching!
Great job with this tag, Jen! I could feel your fear in your discussion of The Outsider. Very scary!
@@BookChatWithPat8668 I was surprised that a book actually scared me. I loved it🤣
Love your answers. The edition of Carrie you have looks very impressive
@@stuartgriffin1001 Thank you🧡❤️
@@literarylove123 You're welcome
Great tag video! I think we all knew you were going to say Bluebeard's castle 😂😂
@@Kritz_Reads Hahaha, yes🤣 My hate for that book is no secret.
So fun!! So many good picks! 🖤
@@victoriasampley Thank you💀❤️
Excellent answers! Books usually don't scary or terrify me either, same I mostly find them unsettling, but there have been a few moments.
Thank you for tagging me, unfortunately I did this tag last year, but I greatly appreciate it. 🎃
@@edlewisnoctreviews I'll have to go back and watch your tag video🧡💀
YESSSS FANTASTICAL SPOOKINESS! 👻🧡🧛🏻♀️💀
Thank you for creating a perfect spooky season tag💀
I should probably read Carrie one of these days. Your copy is fantastic. I loved Cackle! Yikes! I wonder what the passage was. 🤔
@@TheGrapeJellyLibrary Carrie is excellent. Cackle is such a fun book!
Great responses to the tag! I still need to read Carmilla, on my kindle. I was supposed to read The Woman In Black in September, maybe put off by my first experience with the author. I enjoyed The Outsider but not as much as most of King's work. Mid-Tier for me.
@@CliffsDarkGems I haven't read any of Susan Hill's work other than The Woman in Black. I feel like my expectations would be so high that I'd be disappointed.
Awesome tag, Jen! 🤩 The Woman in Black…YES! 🥰 I want to read Cackle and Camilla. I’m almost positive I have that Folklore Cat book on my shelf. 🤔
I think you will enjoy Cackle and Carmilla❤ Thank you for watching!

Carmilla and Carrie both great reads 👍 I haven’t read The Outsider but I am curious now. Great video 👍
@@Cobaltdragon If you read The Outsider, I'd love to know what you think of it. Thank you for watching!
@@literarylove123 I definitely will, just need to check no animals in the book - King has a bad habit of not being good to dogs in his stories.
@Cobaltdragon I don't recall any dog abuse or death, but I'm pretty sure the novel contains deaths of wild animals. I can read about animal harm and death, but I find it especially difficult to do so.
@@literarylove123 I appreciate the heads up. May be a much later than now read. I just had to bury one of the young skunks who has been a regular in my yard, breaks my heart and I don't think I would do well with that book right now.
Great video! So Witches We Became - a queer feminist retelling of 'The Mist'. Interest peaked - will have to check that out. The 50th Anniversary Edition of Carrie is gorgeous, I have it on my bookshelf too, to be read in December. Is over 20 years since I read it, and really looking forward to a re-read! The Woman In Black - fabulous! I love that one, though I adore the stage version even more. I saw it multiple times during its long run in London, was a masterclass in theatrical suspense (I'm a theatre graduate and ex-technical manager, so I loved geeking out over the effects they used to make it so creepy on stage!). I really need to read Bluebeard - I read The Bloody Chamber (Angela Carter) last year and loved it, but don't know the title story's inspiration in its original form!
Fantastic picks for the prompts - have subscribed, I think we've probably got a fair bit of cross over in what we like to read 😀
Thank you for subscribing! I'm enjoying watching your videos. I think we definitely have similarities in our reading taste. How awesome to see a stage version of The Woman in Black! I would love to see it performed on stage. I definitely recommend the original Bluebeard fairy tale. Thank you so much for watching and commenting!
