If you eat at a restaurant with Eszter, there is one certainty. If the menu is salad, mussels and white wine, there will be none left at the end of the meal for sure!
Caio, Italian food is the gift of the Gods. Nothing like fresh, fresh. That is what I miss the most along with the people. I pray 🙏I have one more trip in me.. have a beautiful and blessed evening. ❤

in June of 2022 we went to see him. We drove from Lentini to Palermo and it was beautiful. We also took a boat ride along the coast of Taormina. We went to Siracusa and had the best sandwich ever then walked through the town. Cannot wait to go back in the fall.

One of your videos your husband mentions that Gelato is not icecream Incorrect!
The English word Icecream is equivalent to Italian word for Gelato so GELATO IS Icecream!!!! I know I speak Italian. Granita IS NOT icecream and that is another chapter to discuss......
The process of making gelato and ice cream are different. Yes granita is totally different made without any dairy.
