Valsan Thampu Sir, Completely agree with what you are saying. The culture need to be changed in Kerala. There are hundreds of thousands of people know this and they want to change. The question is ,change to what ? At the moment, there is no alternative to church in Kerala! The people in Kerala desperately would like to be part of a better system, the problem is that system is not available now, so the people stay in church/Sabha. I had a conversation with one of my friends when I was in Kerala. They all know that the church system is corrupt. She told me that what would they do, they want to baptize a child, they want to conduct the wedding of their children and they want to bury their loved one. To do all these they need a church, that’s the current system. But provide a better system, or an alternative ,it will revolutionize the Kerala culture. In the United States, you can take your child to any church, they will baptize the baby for a fee, you can conduct a wedding in any church for a fee ( don’t have to be a member) And the funeral is totally separate from the church. So they don’t have a hold over people. So the people here are enjoying the freedom from the corrupt church/sabha.
This is the best time to think of a free Church where Sanadhana Dharma is practiced. Church without doors and boundaries., where silence leads godliness.

Sr. Abhayaw ,Prof. kottoor and Sephy etc are belonging to Kananaya Catholic Church and not Syro Malabar Catholic Church. There are many people believe that the respective churches are protecting their priests who are the culprits of the cases. But what this Prof. Valsan did during his tenure as priest in the last 30+ years in his church. Only high education field for his own benefits and now blaming priesthood which majority of priests are functioning satisfactorily in their churches. This guy now retired and he couldn’t become Bishop (not eligible) and therefore started abusing all churches and finally will come to attack his own church. I don’t have the opinion that churches are doing their works properly, but one of the reasons for non-fulfillment is these types of priests who pretend that they are highly educated and they don’t like to work the real job of a priest in the Christian kingdom. We lack the courage to stand up and highlight the atrocities of the clergy and the bishops and most feel that if they do so, then they might invoke divine retribution. And so they keep mum and suffer the atrocities and the insults heaped on them by an arrogant and highly divisive church hierarchy with no feelings of respect or accommodation for the laity .

Completely agree with what you are saying. The culture need to be changed in Kerala. There are hundreds of thousands of people know this and they want to change. The question is ,change to what ? At the moment, there is no alternative to church in Kerala! The people in Kerala desperately would like to be part of a better system, the problem is that system is not available now, so the people stay in church/Sabha. I had a conversation with one of my friends when I was in Kerala. They all know that the church system is corrupt. She told me that what would they do, they want to baptize a child, they want to conduct the wedding of their children and they want to bury their loved one. To do all these they need a church, that’s the current system. But provide a better system, or an alternative ,it will revolutionize the Kerala culture.
In the United States, you can take your child to any church, they will baptize the baby for a fee, you can conduct a wedding in any church for a fee ( don’t have to be a member)
And the funeral is totally separate from the church. So they don’t have a hold over people. So the people here are enjoying the freedom from the corrupt church/sabha.
This is the best time to think of a free Church where Sanadhana Dharma is practiced. Church without doors and boundaries., where silence leads godliness.

രണ്ടാമത്തേത് ദൈവപുത്രൻ രണ്ടാമത് വരുന്നത് വരെ ആ പെസഹ ദൈവമക്കൾ ആചരിക്കണം. അതും അടുത്ത് തന്നെ സംഭവിക്കും എന്ന് കരുതുന്നു. പക്ഷെ അത് ബലിയായല്ലപുതിയ നിയമത്തിന്റെ പെസഹാ ആയിട്ട് തന്നെ ആചാരിക്കണം. അങ്ങിനെ തന്നെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരും ചെയ്തു. ശിഷ്യന്മാർ അതിനെ കുർബാന ആക്കിയിട്ടില്ല എന്നുള്ളത് നഗ്ന സത്യമാണ്. ശിഷ്യന്മാരോ പത്രോസ് സ്ലീഹയോ ഒരിക്കലും കുർബാന സ്ഥാപിച്ചതായി ബൈബിളിൽ എങ്ങും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടില്ല. ശിഷ്യന്മാർ കുപ്പായം ഇട്ട് കുരിശും പിടിച്ച് കുർബാന നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ല. അവർ ക്രിസ്തു അവരോട് കല്പിച്ചതനുസരിച്ച് സുവിശേഷം പ്രാഘോഷിക്കുകയാണ് ഉണ്ടായത്. പൊന്തിക്കോസ്തി നാളിൽ അവരിൽ കർത്താവ് പറഞ്ഞതനുസരിച്ച് പരിശുദ്ധൽമവ് വരുകയും അവർ സുവിശേഷം അവിടെ വെച്ച് ആരംഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു എന്നാണ് വചനം നമ്മെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. അവിടെ അവർ കുർബാനയാണോ അനുഷ്ഠിച്ചത്? ഒന്ന് ആലോചിച്ച് നോക്ക് നാം എത്ര ഭയങ്കര തെറ്റുകൾ ആണ് കാലകാലമായി നടത്തികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇപ്പോൾ ചില പൊന്തിക്കോസ്തി സഭകളിലും എല്ലാ ഞായറാഴ്ചകളിലും കർത്തൃ മേശ നടത്തുന്നുണ്ട്. അതും ഒരു കുർബാന പോലെ തന്നെയാണ്.
നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവ് എല്ലാ മനുഷ്യ രാശിക്കും വേണ്ടി ഒരിക്കലായും അവസാനമായും സ്വന്തമായി ബലി അർപ്പിച്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇനി വേറൊരു ബലിയുടെ ആവശ്യം ഇല്ല എന്ന് തീർത്തും എബ്രായ ലേഖനത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇന്ന് ബലി നടത്തുന്നവർ കർത്താവിന്റെ ബലിയിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കാത്തവർ ആണ്.

But what this Prof. Valsan did during his tenure as priest in the last 30+ years in his church. Only high education field for his own benefits and now blaming priesthood which majority of priests are functioning satisfactorily in their churches. This guy now retired and he couldn’t become Bishop (not eligible) and therefore started abusing all churches and finally will come to attack his own church. I don’t have the opinion that churches are doing their works properly, but one of the reasons for non-fulfillment is these types of priests who pretend that they are highly educated and they don’t like to work the real job of a priest in the Christian kingdom.
