Dash of ceylon cinnamon (optional)
1-2 cups sparkling water
Oyster mushroom Fried "Chickn"
8 oz oyster mushrooms
1-2 teaspoon onion powder
Dash of Sea salt
Dash of cayenne
Dash of annatto
Dash of ground ginger
Pinch of dried sage
Wet mixture
1 cup spelt flour
1 cup spring water
1 teaspoon sea salt
Cayenne to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of dried sage
Pinch of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of key lime/ lime juice (optional)
Dry mixture
½-1 cup spelt flour
½ cup chickpea flour (or spelt flour)
Dash of onion powder
Avocado or grapeseed oil, for frying
