In this movie, the author speeds through the game, beating up all the bad guys quickly and efficiently, making full use of each character - and killing them off when they are no longer useful. The characters' special abilities are abused to provide some unorthodox shortcuts.
This is the author's 4th version and is an improvement of about 6.46 seconds over his previous ( tasvideos.org/1156M ) movie.

Chin carried this team one claw at a time
He was grossly underappreciated when I played this with my friends. We all hated Chin because he was slow and unimpressive looking. I had no idea he was so powerful in the game

@@PapunaOfficial The things we get up to as children, but DD2 this is not. I beat games I rented as a kid but that don't make them fun. I'm happy you had the chops to be DD3 but I did not and it seems that you did.

@@PapunaOfficial Turbo controller? I would call that cheating but my Turbo controller had this gross clear heat sensitive D-pad zone? I want to say zone but I don't know if I would call Turbo NES controllers cheating all that much as the controllers could be their own thing.
Just, and I know it sounds like I'm droning on but I LOVED double dragon 2 and thought the screens on the back of the box for DD3 made it look like it would be a better version of DD2 so I traded it and some Sega games with some allowance for DD3 way back in the day.
I was so disapointed that nearly 25 years in the future I'm openingly telling a random dude about it. Secretly I think it may be fine and I hated it as a boy because what I really wanted was another Double Dragon 2.
And I'm done, I'll just go be old somewhere else.

Why did you kill Ranzuo in Egypt?
To respawn on the right and thus knock the bully off the cliff, saving a few seconds of combat and changing character
People hate this DD third game, but I still like it, it's not that bad.
It's one of few games I enjoyed playing even after playing Genesis, SNES and even PSX.
Somewhat realistic feeling and epic music with reverb.
I think the biggest problem with the game is the unforgiving level of difficulty. Beating the game with, effectively one life and no continues is pretty fierce.
tycho042 It's not that hard either, there's a pattern you can follow to defeat enemies, even bosses.
Noside Foxhound I disagree, its easily the hardest of the DD games. I can beat the other DD games. The best I could do in 3, was get to the end boss

I beated this game with the gamegenie but even with it was still rough.
Grabbing and tossing them by their heads was the best thing to do in this game. That and using the dropped bottles and knives as projectiles.

I'm a lifelong DD fan, the worst abomination of Double Dragon 3 is definitely The Rosetta Stone from the Arcade/Genesis port despite being a totally different game compared to the Nes version same time when I was young neither DD3 versions were in my favorite DD of all time.
DD3 NES is definitely the best DD game. DD2 PC Engine is a close second.

This NES version is probably much better than the crappy arcade version
The arcade version of DD3 was developed by a third party studio while the NES version of DD3 was made by the original developer studio Technōs Japan.
That's why it us so much better.

My God, there are so many Jojo's references to make, I don't know where to start. Also, not gonna lie, Billy kind of looks to me like Kenshiro. This game is kind of meme-able.
Also, I saw that betrayal coming a mile away. Really though. How would they have gotten Marion in there without the stones to open the door?
