My phone app is not updating to the time changes it’s an hr diff on the camaras witch it’s a lil frustrating! Can I change is thru my phone app ? I’ve looked everywhere or it has to be thru dvr comp? Plz help and how would I know of my cams have microphone?
The DMSS app keeps logging me out at random times sometimes numerous times a day. I have an iphone 12. I've seem comments of others having same issue. Have you heard of this and if so, do you have a fix? Thanks
hey good video bro i have downloaded the app NEXT can you record a video of how to set a different alarm ringing tone different from the default one. I have both dahua cctv and dahua alarm hub all from dahua company and both configered in the same app.God bless

I changed my wifi name and password now I can't view on my phone. I tried connecting back but it says already connected. So I deleted the app and re downloaded. When I scan the SN and select DVR/XVR it's says failure to connect. 1. Device not initialized or 2. network not configured. How do I get set back up? And how do I check what internet my device is setup to?
Hey bud how do I change the password as I don't like the fact that the installer knows the password and he didn't show me how to change it and when I asked him to show me he kinda asked: why would you want to change it? 🤔Please help me by telling me what software do I need to download and how to change password if you can... Much appreciated

mine is failing to connect it says the device is not been initialized
