So Chilled is a champion of a now dead god. 43:00 which makes that mask SUPER COOL.

Same, though it is pretty hard depending on how many developers they are and how many people are playing. Kinda make the game both enjoyable for both the players and developers, since it’s one way for the developers to play the game without directly playing a game they already know.
It enables a level of personalization that I'm used to in tabletop games and miss in (entirely-prewritten) video games; if real people working for the game studio (and it might end up making sense for it to be people who are part of the writing staff specifically) can jump in seamlessly, I could see it really becoming a feature that could work in other games as well. Even if 99% of the story/lore/etc. is pre-scripted, having that unpredictable 1% where all of a sudden it's about *you* and not just "the player" could really level up the engagement.

I'm not sure) are sometimes the devs; it's how the "close your eyes to see a message" text can respond to the players' names and remarks cleverly. At least, I think that's how it works; I know there's some real-person interactivity.

@@Tearintime I don't know everything but basically weird shit starts happening at night and during the day nobody remembers so a group of kids start recording things for evidence that something bad is going down. Well in this world there are different gods(devs) and they all demand sacrifices to show loyalty, that's how chilled originally got the halo and now the mask, dance for us pulled them into the gods realm and told them to dance in the street and on cars to show loyalty at some point in the last 2 years dance for us didn't have enough was usurped in popularity and the god Hunt the Strong killed her . As far as I know daddy is an "angel" sent by the gods to keep people who awaken from whatever tf is happening at night, from doing anything and sending them back into the trance.

I absolutely love your long streams with shubble and the others. It's so chaotically amazing and the horror part of it makes it funny but scary at the same time and I just hope you keep doing these cuz they're amazing
yeah, the game seems really basic/bare bones r/n, like it's in alpha ro beta or smth. idk if it is, but it really needs new content, idk what exactly, new maps, special objectives, idk, something to spice it up. what's here is cool,but gets old fast.

It'd be super cool if chilled did the most basic stuff like look at the available tools. Once they got going it was great but it took forever because someone didn't look at anything or read a single thing.
It's a thing I notice with a lot of these vids with most youtubers. A lot of "I don't understand what to do" or "I didn't know we could do that" along with making poor decisions because of either not understanding how the game works or not understanding how to make proper use of the game mechanics. Some of it does create 'fun' moments as they panic running blindly into things and facing the consequences, and perhaps these survival games may not appear to a massive audience if they played the actual stealth as much as possible and act tactically, sort of like how people seem to like Among Us and Goose goose Duck with new roles added because they like the random chaos.
@@Drraagh It can make the content more fun when it is portrayed with a sense of plausible ignorance for sure but when what you need to know is essentially on display in big bold neon letters I find it can get really annoying because I can't suspend my disbelief at that point.
I love the messages the devs leave. Also watching IGP and ICY play this while screaming (and talking about the devs being in their game) vs. this lovely group... Massively different experience. lol

I feel like after this video/stream, they might noticed that he is playing it. Hopefully Chilled and everyone else play it again, and that it is possible for a developer to get on.
This game had so much potential to have a hardcore cult following like SCP if they had more content and an ending or end goal of sorts and maybe opened up the dev side of things so more interaction was possible with the monster. Like adding an AI thing or allowing players who sacrifice a lot to play in place of the god would be good for when devs can’t play. Even as a non-interactive stalker when you close your eyes if they don’t want to allow players to control the beast. More accessible lore as you progress for the casual players would be good too. As it is, it’s a bit boring and feels incomplete. Surely, it would be cool to have several endings or goals/cutscenes based on what god you sacrifice to. One god will help you while another who’s an enemy of that god will hunt you harder. Considering it’s been so long and not much has been added, I feel like it doesn’t have much of a life cycle left as a co-op game. They tend to only last longer if the gameplay is good…. In which this is a bit lacking.
