@@RealityArtPod great question…I guess I hadn’t noticed because a lot of the clips you use have the shows background music included. But I do think your voice overs could possibly benefit from a similar sound to the shows as well.
Funny you should ask, I happen to be a music producer 🙈. If you needed some possible music, I’d love to oblige. I think your channel should be much bigger (no offense, you’re clearly doing great as is) and would be more than willing to help.
@@mbuvito No offense taken! I actually just started this channel less than a year ago and only learned how to use video clips halfway through last season, and i learned how to use audio in the clips this season lol so i literally am just now figuring things out, I am inspired by watchmojo's videos and they have a backing track. When i first started, I wanted to have a podcast, and podcasts dont have backing music, but my videos arent really a podcast at all. I'm going to experiment with some royalty free music but I eventually may need some help. Are the mixed on your soundcloud yours?
@@RealityArtPod Thats awesome! I’ve mainly only seen your videos from this season and last season, but I would have figured you were a pro or at least had extensive experience in the space. I’ve seen seen a few longer form podcasts for Survivor specifically , but your weekly recaps really fill a void in terms of short and easily digestible media for folks like me who watch and episode and want to see others’ general thoughts about the show and what’s going on in the show week by week.
Most of the mixes on my SoundCloud aren’t mine, just snippets from sets I’ve recorded because I also DJ from time to time. I’m also fairly new to sharing content on YT and SoundCloud, so I’m also learning on the fly about rights and what I can and cannot post without getting flagged. I also do produce original tracks and compositions (non-samples/royalty-free) for artists outside of here.

Hunter needs to win out I fear.. at least he has an idol
I was only right about Liz making a move, but on Tevin instead of Q. Watching this episode, everybody is getting way more credit than they deserve. Tiff is the only person that talks about "hey, let's not vote out people we can win against in final 3, with Maria being a very decent target. I'm surprised Hunter or Tevin didn't try to talk him out of it, honestly is anybody thinking beyond the next day in this game? Maybe they briefly thought of it before realizing Q was the one talking to them. Delusion and authoritarian before the end of the episode. Plus why would Charlie tell Tiff he knew she had an idol. Did he really feel that amount of convincing was required to confirm the vote they were going to do? Even for Liz, sure Tevin is annoying to her. But, did she think that decision through at all. Through the show it came off as an impulse decision.
Honestly no idea what to expect for next time. It seems absolutely almost everybody is willing to work together on a whim. Venus, Tiff, and Liz are the only ones that have been shown they care about trying to win so far. I just hope they keep Q around another round. Target the major threats and shut him out of every conversation telling him you wanted to quit, so go sit alone and pretend the rest of your time here is a vacation. At least Kenzie called out this would happen before it did.
They all seem very impulsive, and most of them have a huge ego so everyone has an idea of how things should go.. there are definitely too many cooks in the kitchen which is why things are getting chaotic. The people who can blend into the background right now are going to go far.
@@RealityArtPod ego for sure. I thought that preview scene about Tevin's blindside was as far as that would go. I understood why Venus boasted about it, as she seems very excited to play the game. Then Tevin, even if you feel that strongly about how counter you feel to that, why are you acting like an ass in from of Liz. Don't you have a JOB, you should know that will instantly lose you a final 3 vote even if you are right. Save the complaining for the producers at confessionals. And it's not like it's YOUR blindside. It's a team effort, suggesting who to vote for doesn't really cut it, especially when you only had to try to convince two people who don't have much reason to do anything but follow the lead.
And Q. What the heck man. You know you will have potential clients watching this. Why are you advertising yourself as a delusional know it all that will change their mind in a whim. Regardless of how you feel about not liking to dictate the vote, surely real estate sales will likely make you more money that the 10% chance you have at winning $600k. I would never hire him myself after seeing him on the show.

@@swaggery haha i dont think Q is delusional i think he just has a huge ego like hes definitely overthinking everything but at least for the most part hes not like.. wrong about things... and I think he can be funny he's definitely tryinggg to put on a show for us, which I can appreciate to some degree
Finally cooled down from this episode. I'm pretty tamed, I cannot imagine how pissed off Tiff will be at him the whole time. Everybody else is obviously pissed, but they might be able to contain themselves to not appear super negative. Tiff won't give a damn about being visibly hostile to him in front of everybody. Time for how I think next episode will play out.
I think it will be a Tiff v Maria showdown. With them both being publicly aware they want each other out.
They get back to the beach where Tiff goes aggro on Q for being so closely aligned yet him not saying anything to her about his tribal plan. She's going to ask him how Charlie knew she had an idol, where he will confess and told Maria because she betrayed the 6 and was planning to vote her out. She's going call him a bitch and she's done.
She gets Kenzie and tells her to vote out Maria the next day, as Q told her she wanted him gone. Opposing that Maria is going to go to Charlie and say she wants Tiff gone as Charlie tells her he shared the idol news.
Then on the recruitment campaign, easy one is Kenzie picking up Ben. Because Kenzie rocks, and Maria does not rock. I think Maria will be able to pick up Liz as they helped on her plan, a bit with the Soda vote, and better to get the idols out. Maria maybe telling Q to get on her side for Kenzie or Tiff because he was the one that wanted to go through with it anyways. Then Hunter probably gets down with Kenzie because it's her or Charlie for his alliance plans and he still had a bit of an alliance with her. Also with Charlie having a strong alliance with Maria being publicly known it makes much more sense for him as that opens up an alliance spot with Charlie. Venus wants to work with Liz and Charlie to go after team idol.
So Tiff + Kenzie + Ben + Hunter against Maria + Charlie + Liz + Venus. Then Q kind of unknown. From the preview it looks like he might try to do some random vote and just cause chaos in general because everybody hates him.
Then the Venus scene with Q and Hunter is probably something like Hunter and Q just chilling feeling like outcasts, and Venus trying to convince them to be apart of team Maria, but both of them kind of ignore her feeling like I don't know. Because Q feels bad still for destroying the 6, and Hunter because he feels like he has no good options to insulate himself from being a target.
I think Maria will go home. Because team Maria will think they have Ben's vote when they don't, probably think Q is on board and follow through. A man of honour and his word or something. Then because of that they obviously have Hunter they will think.
Tiff plays her idol on herself. Vote happens with Maria - 4, Tiff - 3, Kenzie - 2.
Or at least that what feel like should be logical enough.
I love how you are able to come up with the whole story and my brain is so simple.. if i had to predict i think maybe if hunter loses immunity they vote for him, he plays his idol and maybe votes venus out. If Hunter wins immunity i think votes could get stacked on maria.
@@RealityArtPod I also watched the preview for the episode, and it alluded to it pretty well. I watched the deleted scene with Maria and Ben too. It seems like any player with social power it's going to want to take out any other player with social power if they know for a fact that person wants them out. Then it's basically thinking through what I makes the most sense for what their alliance members. The rest some of them seem obvious when you think they would know 4 votes are set and trying to work with the most unworkable players will likely not be a great strategy, so might as well pick your team. But will Ben play a double agent for Kenzie so if they chance the vote on Tiff/Kenzie and don't split it, Kenzie will know the outcome? Is Kenzie aware of Maria's personality and it's possible she could be next if she doesn't protect Tiff? Will Liz and Venus go off and try to organize a blindside while everybody else is distracted with a war?
It's all fun to think about. Got some time being unemployed while the tech sector is in hiring freezes and it's almost impossible to get a screening call. Luckily enough S46 E6 was the first time I watched Survivor in like more than 10 years. Joining again at some of the best episodes to happen in years from the sound of it. I watched some 12 hour video about Survivor seasons 1 to 43, because I was just curious to know what happened to the show.

This was easily the best episode of the season thus far. The Q-Skirt and Hide & Seek in the first half were fun distractions, but the second half was where all the good parts were. First of all, Q trying to control his alliance has serious Boston Rob vibes. The rice should have gone to the tribe, and I'm surprised Q didn't make a stronger case that very few people had any chance of beating Hunter in the immunity challenge after they all saw him successfully hide up a tree. The alliance of six is dead in the water at this point. Charlie was right when he said something always goes wrong. And what went wrong was that the person who tried to control it ultimately ended up killing it. Q definitely lost control of the other players before Tribal Council, and I don't know if he was really serious about wanting to be voted out or if he was trying to cause enough chaos that he could hide in. Either way, Q messed up. He will not win. No one will remember that well. The casual name-dropping Liz did in the beginning could have easily gone unnoticed, but since there was so much chaos at Tribal Council, Tevin was the closest thing they had to a back-up plan. I hope the excitement lasts through the rest of the season, or at least through next week.
Youre right, Q had a good point about hunter but he didnt voice that at the challenge, sooo he really had no right to be upset. I think he was trying to create chaos so that Tevin wouldn't play his shot in the dark. When hunter reveals he had an idol he could lose Tevin's respect.

That Tribal was the weirdest 1, I`m so over Q, he wants people to play the game,... well they are playing the game, and he`s not included.

Honestly there were two idols and an extra vote in play. For such a big vote idk why nobody did anything like that. Like if hunter grabbed Tevin q Maria and Charlie, those five plus the extra vote easily takes out whoever. Or at least play the idol on tev

I'd say liz but also Venus, Kenzie, Ben, Tiff, and then they had enough votes to force Q Maria and Charlie to come along to avoid going to rocks.
@@RealityArtPod was there a 5-5 split? I thought 6-4 with the inclusion of Charlie in Journey 6 alliance?
@@cjdlaron As far as I saw, Tiffany was never really into the journey 6.. we never saw her be really down or excited about it, I think because Kenzie wasnt included and Kenzie is her #1 especially now that Q outed Idoleisha
