I went and saw a specialist yesterday. And I had to get blood work done. As I was getting blood work me and the tech started talking about why I was there and she shared her story and it’s crazy how similar our experiences were. It’s difficult hearing another woman share she had to experience that kind of pain, but it is a kind of comfort in knowing you have a community that wants so much more for you and cares for you and relates to you.
