Thanks Tammy you're a lifesaver. Also if you're looking for something that is nice and savory-sweet sesame seeds are delicious, realtivly low in sodium and apparently high in magnesium.

Having a stroke was a lifesaver for me... I never had the self-discipline to be strict with my diet, now staying alive is the best motivator! Nothing is worth having another stroke. Not even bacon! 🥓

I had need for a hip replace made me sedentary. I noted breathlessness on exertion slightly, a constant wooziness and imbalance, weight gain when eating 1000 calories a day, and an observation by a nurse talking about me on phone saying we don't want her to stroke out. I saw my gp 7 months after surgery due to these symptoms. He's ordered a blood panel urine snd ekg. I'm redoing my kitchen cupboard contents re sodium which brings me here. 62 236 lbs 5 ft 7. Lost 13 lbs in 2vmonths but realize sodium intake was high.

Hey nurse, do you live on a low sodium diet? How do you like it if you do?

Hi. Low sodium is doable - and not easy if you currently eat high sodium. More natural foods, less processed

Potassium is important to talk about - what questions do you have?
