We are doing a 5 night 2 day in Bermuda in may on the Liberty! I cant wait🎉
That beach looks amazing! We are going on our first cruise May 2025 on Symphony. My girls will be 11 & 9. We have t really done any big vacations, we live in Mass and usually go to Maine but even that’s getting super expensive. We wanted to go on a trip and figured this would be easiest since we can drive to NJ. and avoid flying. We’ll see how it goes 😬

We tried few cruises before. And i remember when we stoped at the Bahamas( private island) the food was included. I know lots of things change about cruising now. I think i like all inclusive 😊

We’ve cruised to the Bahamas before with NCL, and I do remember the food they served was raw! They were serving still pink BBQ chicken 😑

Is there any entrance fee or life jacket at the Horseshoe Bay Beach?
There is no admission fee for the beach but you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and buy food. I don’t know about life jackets.
How do bring truly on the boat?
We didn't, we had the drink package! They had multiple Truly flavors.

Yup! And poor Ethan’s seat was broken, so I was holding onto him so he didn’t topple into the person next to him. 🙃

I did not hate it. I will do it again, but I’m not sure it will be a yearly thing. We definitely love resorts so much more and that is what I love to showcase. Resorts are also what I sell. I only sell maybe 5-10% cruises, and I don’t care to increase that number. So it doesn’t make sense for me to cruise a ton when
1) I don’t love it, and
2) I don’t make much money from it. Ethan says he will try it one more time on a bigger ship (he looked up Icon as a suggestion, and I said immediately no- too big with too many people for me). An Oasis class would be a good compromise. I can only get Ethan on 1, maybe 2 vacations a year, and he’s already booked to Xcaret Arte for 2024, so if he went again it would be 2025. He graduates HS in 2026, so who knows after that 🥹

The crocks aren't full, the plates aren't full. The bellies aren't full! I feel like I'm at Sub-way when I constantly have to ask for more, makes me feel like that kid I the movie, Please sir, can I have some more....
Looks like so much fun! Overall though I’m with Ethan on this one - we went on couple cruises this summer and definitely enjoy the all inclusive resort better! (Can spread out a little more and find your favorite spots on the pool/beach)

Question, do you recommend packing a cooler bag to bring along? In addition, how do you get the canned “alcoholic beverage’s” delivered to the room? Is that part of the deluxe drink package? My wife and I are going on liberty of the seas in July and I was hoping to take a cooler bag/seltzers off the ship to horshoe as well. Thanks!
Also, any tips on “how to get the Malibu efficiently from the bar to the bottles” would also be appreciated! Cheers! 🍻
Yes I recommend a cooler! I don’t think they deliver drinks to your room. We took them from the bar every time we walked by a bar.
