They are professional lumberjacks, they compete like other sports such as Nascar, going around from event to event. I'm sure accidents happen, but they are rare. These guys are good!
I would love to see this on british television.I always love to watch the worlds strongest man competition.I think these blokes are seriously tough, and are brilliant at their craft,we need to see more of this stuff instead of all these so called reality programs.Full of people with massive egos and zero talent. These are the sort of guys we need as role models.
working on getting my chips that big. man it makes felling and bucking so much easier when you can get chips that big to come out. old school is so much more rewarding than using chainsaws.
which is why i have always wondered why when im drinking people always decide to pick a fight with me for no reason whatsoever other than i am, bigger than they are. I don't life weights, i lift 200 pound rounds of red oak, all day, everyday.
TPHD People fail to realize there is a difference between body builders and strong men, body builder just want to build pretty bodies, strong men's goal and living is based off of getting as strong as possible.
damn, that 2:25 thing can go wrong in so many ways.... first the timber snaps off a little, then u miss the log while ur already half way down to the ground, and in the very end, u gonna snap ur own neck with the swing that u just put in couple of deciseconds ago :xxxx
I grew up watching theses competitions on TV and now i'm wondering, Why did they ever stop bringing them. I love this.
My name is Luis Perez, I am Venezuelan, and I take my hat off to this sport, which is very good, congratulations!
Here I am studying for law school and wondering why I didn't do this with my life. Beard, flannel, and satisfaction.
+Chase Andrizzi Do both! Arden Cogar Jr. is a Civil Defense Trial Attorney at MacCorkle, Lavender & Sweeney, PLLC.
The springboard is very impressive. That should be an official sport :-O
impressive show of strength endurance and mastery of axe wielding.
These guys are real men. Savage AF.
this video was so manly it made me grow a beard that smells like fresh pine.
I have no idea how I ended up here but I like it.
The skill these men have is amazing.
V8 chainsaw has entered the chat.
why am i watching and actually enjoying it
Sensational - this is the spirit that settled the wide open spaces of the USA.
Not bad for a sport that was invented over a £25 bet in 19th century Australia
I never get tired of watching Arden Cogar.
They are professional lumberjacks, they compete like other sports such as Nascar, going around from event to event. I'm sure accidents happen, but they are rare. These guys are good!
7 strokes of that 2 man buck saw. That is Nasty!
I didn't even know that competition existed! It must be very traditional

+luthien288 I was impressed with his control of his axe. Would hate to meet him in a medieval close combat fight.

2:00 looks like Walter White's beefy twin brother is pretty good at springboard ;D
How you hell did i get to the hill Billy Olympic channel...
Fantastic thing to watch in any age😀😯
This is actually pretty cool
these guys would rip a bodybuilder in half with one arm tied behind their backs.
which is why i have always wondered why when im drinking people always decide to pick a fight with me for no reason whatsoever other than i am, bigger than they are. I don't life weights, i lift 200 pound rounds of red oak, all day, everyday.
TwistingBitches It's not like lifting different material will affect your muscles somehow. Bodybuilders aim for big muscles, not "strong".
TPHD Amen

No tree was harmed during the making of this video.
They were already dead
great to know why forrest are disappearing.
In an open space it is easy to do.In a proper jungle or woodlands it is a different story.
SUPER!!!
REAL Woodsmen!
Настоящие мужики!
very good
Wow these people are pro's &then some!
When people see these guys they usually think that they are obese. But actually they are stronger than your chiseled chad who hits the gym every day.
What type of axe head do they use for the one man buck ?
Круто! пилы класс! топоры супер ! мужики молодцы!
i wonder how many axes to the feet they get
How did they hit the same notch over and over? I couldn't do it even if my life depends of it.
Please tell me there's a blooper reel for this somewhere
That must be some strong wood. I thought they would break when they stand on them.
Looks like hard work
they should try a brazilian wood Ype or Cumaru
thanks for watching...
I wish my axes were as sharp as these ones.
I'd just like to be able to get any chainsaw started with a single pull of the rope!
The Forest now on steam
На Колыме бы нам такие пригодились!
The 'one man buck' guy is wearing sneakers. lol.
I wonder how many toes did the guy at the buck competition sacrifice to achieve such skill.
Was thinking the same thing haha
Thay wear chain mail socks to keep that from happening
wheres ron swanson?
Fremulon!
damn, that 2:25 thing can go wrong in so many ways.... first the timber snaps off a little, then u miss the log while ur already half way down to the ground, and in the very end, u gonna snap ur own neck with the swing that u just put in couple of deciseconds ago :xxxx
