You have to buy a face shape like cheeks unless u find face code that fits the ur og head
There is a headless head code that removes your actual head and then just put the code for whatever face you want just make sure your hair covers the sides and back of your head

Just go to settings and then option, there is one which says "chat tag" or smth that, hope u get it! :)
