I told you we would be firing up our trusty Yoder Smokers Loaded Wichita offset smoker, better known as a stickburner. With plenty of hickory wood for smoking and some leftover Texas post oak firewood chunks for good barbecue, we set out to make the best BBQ smoked babt back ribs recipe for backyard parties. These baby back pork ribs already came pretty well trimmed so I didn't even touch them. But what I did touch them with is some UncleStevesSha... Lucky Shake All Purpose seasoning from Uncle Steve's Shake. I didn't want to overpower these backyard cooking smoked ribs, I wanted maximum yield. That hickory smoke would add plenty of flavor if done right! And I show you how I've learned using offset smoker fire management with this Yoder Smoker. Then I used another "secret ingredient" so be watching out for that!

Ain’t gonna lie these Pork Baby-back Ribs were PERFECTION Delicious 😋. I’m really picky I don’t like heavy smoke and I don’t like over salted meat and I don’t like it dry it’s got to be juicy. Competition ribs are nice for a single bite judge who's just gonna toss it away after they taste it, but if you want to eat your fill of tasty ribs you need to keep it simple and just like this!

Not really, as long as you use something you like and works for your style of cooking.
