dont use the air duster on electronic components, the static from the duster is more than enough to kill it

Very informative vid my guy. Probably gonna do the same cleaning routine as well! Just got a Blade to replace my desktop and I wanted to have a maintenance routine.
Whats ur experience so far moving from laptop to desktop? The desktop probably is better but could the laptop do the same work flows, etc?
Thanks! Yes this routine I found to work really well. Moving to desktop has been awesome, editing my videos is a lot faster especially rendering. I am also hitting really high FPS in any game. The laptop can do everything I do with the desktop just slower haha! Congrats on your blade!

When you are gaming do you leave the lid closed? I am considering a Blade 18. I have a mount under my desk to slide the laptop into so the laptop is elevated and getting maximum airflow. I was just concerned that the unit might still generate enough heat to cause damage to the screen even with a stand or being mounted with the bottom open to the air.
Yes keep the lid open the chassis of the razer blade acts as a heatsink

I bought a Razer Blade 16 - Intel Core i9 13950HX - GeForce RTX 4090 - 32 GB RAM - 2 TB SSD NVMe, ) last week, I play pubg on that on 90 fps with the minimal graphics settings but my laptop gets really very hot that sometimes the gpu stop rendering graphics in the game or system hangs. is it normal or should I send the laptop back?
you should probably send it back since I can play with my Razer Blade 15 Advanced - Core i7 12700h - RTX 3070Ti - 16GB RAM at 2k ultra graphics in almost any game
yes, i think it is warranty case.. looks like it. Bcs i can play pubg on my RB 15 12800 3070ti for an hours without any problems.. yes its hot, but no errors happen.
So what do you do when the battery is bloated? Can you replace it yourself? How much is a spare battery?

Is the Razer Blade 15 good when video editing 4K footage from the Sony A7S III and alike cameras?
I was able to edit 4K on my Blade but the 2019 model’s processor went through constant Throttling when exporting so yes you can do it but it may not be the smoothest experience

@@fumatetsu 2021 15” 11800H with RTX 3070 - when I get it I’m planning on upgrading the RAM to at least 32GB and adding extra storage.

@@getro118 It was good - but swapped it for a Razer Blade 14 as it has less heating issues overall. The RAM limitation isn;t the best, but I did upgrade the SSD to 2TB (which was super easy to do).

Can i use a vacuum to clean the fans?
No it might damage the components actually as it'll apply a pulling force and suck it towards the vacuum
If the battery does bloat, where can I get a replacement? Razer support was (unsurprisingly) ineffectual.

Probably not it's better to have these continuous dusters rather than short bursts
