The irony is that Jagan demolished andhra govt tourism resorts on the same land and constructed these new buildings not allowing public scrutiny at the cost of 500cr, just with the idea to use this as CM camp office. At the same time the state is left with huge debt with no capital. Just exemplifies how corrupt politicians are using public money at will with no accountability. Such sad story for the state.

If camp office needs to build, it can be built anywhere in vizag.But they choose to demolish existing resorts which are generating 25crs annual revenue and build palace for their personal use just for the sea view.

This Ex 1 rupee CM. Mr.Jagan destroyed the Prajavedika a govt building after winning in 2019 assuming that it is illegal construction. Mr. Jagan has occupied the roads infront of Lotus palace in hyderabad for building the rooms for security. Now the GHMC has given orders to remove the illegal constructions. Rishikonda is not just a physical feature, it's a hill on the sea which carries a lot of socio cultural and religious sentiment for the people of the area.Its a famous landmark on the eastern coast of AP, a very unique hill right on the coast.All CRZ rules were broken, the figures for area used/ levelled officially, on paper and actual levelling done, are totally different, probably 10 times more than what's in the application.Its a complete environmental disaster with hundred of acres of forest destroyed and shape of the hill changed.Its an absolute disaster.Courts are taking their own time ; though there was a stay, construction continued.For the people of Vizag, a landmark which carries a lot of sentiment and emotional appeal appeal destroyed.
And the biggest blunder /scam is they have destroyed the natural beauty of Rishikonda for building his house.
Rishikond is a beautiful location for tourists to visit that site.They have destroyed it's natural beauty for the sake of his house.

300+ 4 floor buildings on 1500 sqft each could have been constructed with this money. If it is a hotel there would have been uniformity in all rooms and interiors . Not many rooms made to assume it a hotel . Just 1 main and another 2 bedrooms in main block which is a design for a family of 3 members . How one can categorise it as a hotel or a tourist bungalow or can be used for public purposes
Also they never called for any contracts, no one knows who is the vendor, architect, the sand and rock after evacuation is taken away by local leaders.
