Atm you can adopt babies (by what seems to be a random event) but they won't grow up or have lines of dialogue so I didn't focus on that. If you want to see portrait pics of the babies, you can find them here: coral.guide/npcs/overview among the npcs

Did you have any trouble triggering Chaem's 7 heart event? I's not triggering for me.
