How did Sam Hartman light it up at Wake for 5 years only to come to ND and forget how to play QB. I was at the Marshall game. This one was way worse
It shouldn't have been so close that one bad throw cost them the game. Defense played awesome. Special teams gave up two blocked Field Goals. Needed one. Offense struggled. Give NIU credit. They played great.
@@Rudy28330 The way NIU's OL dominated the line of scrimmage is shameful. ND's defense is too experienced for that kind of letdown. I expect a major outburst to be had on Purdue LOL.
@@Rudy28330 In the first week the defense gave up 13 points. With seconds to play in the second game, the Defense had only gave up 13 points until the last minute FG, thanks in part to a turnover by the offense. ND had an 80% chance to win until that interception, then it was 50/50.

Haven't won a National Championship since 1988. Haven't had a top 2 year since 1989 and 1993. In other words, they never won again after Lou Holtz.

I give NIU all the credit. They had a game plan and stuck to it. These home losses to lesser opponents baffle me.

What got me upset is the press conference. II want Marcus and players to be pissed and throw something, but no. The culture is gone.
