This was a great video for me. I have combat related PTSD and this video along with your others help me to get my focus, help get me to sleep and calm me down when I have panic attacks. Thanks for all that you do. And to be honest I kept losing my concentration in the best way possible because of the mirror placement

Where I live in Florida we are in a cold front from the Arctic so it's cloudy and chilly great weather for watching ASMR! And even though Florida is so far south the sun is already starting to set it makes me depressed I have seasonal depression plus sometimes for me Christmas can be depressing.
