THIS IS MY OPINION ON THE NORTHERN AIRPORTS: honestly, i hate mumbai and delhi airport. Always so crowded, dirty and although they are said to be good, there are alot of racist people that stereotype me and my family and friends just because they are not north indian. Although the airport gets alot of attention, take a look at the slums they had to take out just to fit the airport`s runways. Delhi and mumbai have issues when it comes to the airport infrastructure because i have friends whos family`s homes were removed just to expand/build something else. Other than that, i feel like the airports in the north get too much attention considering how all of india is stereotyped by the north because of corrupt police, dirty areas, less popular and sanitary locations etc. I am not denying south india also has its issues but there are some issues that south india addresses better than the north. Lastly, the airport attraction to airlines. The only issue that is stopping airlines operating as many flights in the south like the north is because the south is mostly disregarded and forgotten. I also understand the issues with space and there are projects to help this situation improve like chennai airport`s new Code F gated terminal and taxiways leading to the terminal. Keep in mind, this is based on my opinion and point of view. I dont mind answering questions and seeing other people hating on me because i know this happenes everywhere. I also acknowledge the fact there are other places where north defeats the south.
