No. Rubber tire rollers are used in hot mix everyday. Recommended and even mandated in most paving state and city paving projects.

Ashay Tathe i think its water since it may get very hot.
@@jacksbob8746 it's diesel fuel the tire is picking up the fines and leaving a ugly finish
@@kaleip That's a release agent - not diesel .
@@transasiantechno2583 It's Diesel. Most of the paving crews I've been on use diesel to unstick asphalt from the tires.
Paraffin release agents don't strip asphalt like diesel does.
