I'll disagree with your comment. When engineers can work hard in gs, why can't an art student give emphasis on quant and reasoning. Upsc wants a candidate who is good in all the areas. It was difficult for everyone , but 13k cleared the prelims

And and and if you engineers are so intelligent, then do a comparative analysis. Maths is difficult for a student who has not touched it from class10th vs GS is difficult for engineers who didn't study it after 10th. There is a different kind of "aptitude" you require for maths and GS subjects. And please APTITUDE means INNATE CAPABILITY, not everyone will have it! So just accept that some people are not good in maths and it's totally alright! And here nobody is telling upsc to not ask maths questions, it's more like that then they should publicly accept that difficult level will be of CAT/IIT. So that one can prepare accordingly.

And believe me, there are a lot bunch of candidates like this. But atleast in quant section, they should be clear about their own mandate.
Sir, I feel it will remain on the same lines, we need to check and gauge the difficulties then and their to find easy and doable questions , excel sheets were very helpful , Thankyou for your efforts.

Like in comprehension, personally I feel the probability of getting an answer wrong is higher thB maths because maths atleast has a single solution to every problem. And yes if you can analyse the data sufficiency questions ☺️

Court ने MP, MLA, MLC को भी UPSC THROUGH एण्ट्री देना चाहिए ताकी upsc aspirant को काम करना गर्व महसुस होगा.....पर ये काम कोर्ट नहीं करेगा
