Good question! If you extend it totally verticaly it´s about 40 inches long (just the stick itself). If you bend it to record horizontally, it´s 32,5 inches high, and the part bended horizontaly 8 inches just the stick (15 inches if you measure from the bend part to the base where you put the mobile phone). It's a cool piece of equipment starting out. If only was able to flip the phone horizontally then it would be perfect. Are you able to get away with sitting the phone ontop of it?
You can flip the phone yes! I forgot to include on the video, but you can flip this little holder it has, so you can record verticaly and horizontaly in any direction (and you can rotate as well the part where the lights are). Hope it helps! :) Anyway I will make an article on my blog to explain this better with pictures :)

Anyway, this is a "white label" product that they change brand name depending on who is the seller, but they are the same product, just in case you can´t find the same brand. hi can you twist the metal pole so you can film bigger works? i feel like the length between where to phone is and the white stand at the bottom is a bit restrictive. can you twist the top away from the bottom if you know what i mean

If you have bigger works, maybe it could be good idea to put the stand just in front and turn the phone holder of the top to horizontal position. But no, the metal stick cant be twisted to other side in that position. Hope that helps! :)

That product looks really good and useful. The light on it however doesn't seem powerful enough.
Yeah, the lights may be useful for shorter distances, but not very powerful if you are recording a bit far!
