That's not a dark side.... It just shows her loyalty.... Can't do anything if Ur not loyal but she deffo is.... Rita literally didn't follow wizard law, Hermione was wholesome that she didn't tell on Rita........ She owed Hermione. And about the DA, she did the right thing to curse it or else they could be at risk of being exposed to anyone... everyone promised they wouldn't betray the DA... It was well deserved ..... It’s why she was good to go into the ministry when she was an adult. She could walk the line of duplicity and do what needed to be done to achieve goals. And yes, it definitely boarders on the dark side and in the hands of someone without a strong moral compass would have been considered evil.
