The person doesn't exist which louis said in an interview it was just a song he wrote but somehow people turned it into something it wasnt what a shame for him and its also a testament to his incredible writing skills.
The story behind the song really shooked me. I‘m glad this lady was there.

Louis wears his heart on his sleeves in his songs. Even if we don't know for sure what happened, he gave various hints through interviews and songs about how low he was at some point. When he already felt abandoned by Harry, by his bandmates, dragged down by his self-doubts, the only person who unconditionally loved and believed in him died. Then just when he was feeling a bit better, his sister died. Plus the pressure of having to financially support a large family and being in the public eye... All this before his 30s. It's not surprising he had to be talked down.

My heart cried to know about about our hero Louis he was in such depression to the extend to commit suicide.
But he was saved by a stranger. This stranger was sent by his loving mom from heaven. That's why Louis did not know her name or who she was .
The fact that we could have lost him... I'm seriously sobbing right now, I hope this stranger knows that by saving Louis, she said us as well. Because I wouldn't have made it without him

It absolutely breaks me as someone who's had suicidal thoughts and thought of ending it all. If it wasn't for Louis or any of the celebrities I love I don't think I would still be here in my senior year of highschool. I would've ended it. I was saved by a stranger. This breaks my heart that he has he has felt like this.. with all the trauma he has been through, it is no wonder he would have been feeing so lost.. I am so thankful to the stranger whoever/wherever she is for finding him when he thought that was the only way to fix his problems. I hope that he has been and seen someone to talk about the many reasons he has to feel so low. I am so glad he has been able to come through and finish his first tour for his first album, and I am so excited to see what having Faith in the future for so long is going to bring him and all his fans world wide.

I have been in this position... The one Lou was in. Talking down can be taken so many ways. It may not be a literal high but sometimes people have a euphoric high when they have made their decision. There are so many ways to... end things. This song made me cry and think of all the social workers, nurses, psychiatrists and others who helped me see where I was and what was /really/ happening around me. It's so simple and raw and so relatable to some of us. There are people who you hear... but barely see when you are in that state. There are many for me. One young male nurse comes to mind. I don't think I would be here if it wasn't for that young man. I don't know his name, I could barely tell you what he looked like but I just remember he was so kind and gentle and he didn't treat me like I was crazy or pathetic. He just... was kind.

I was avoiding listening to this song as long as I could. I knew it will break my heart. Why he didn't tell us, why he didn't tell anyone...we'll never get the answers I guess. I gasped so loudly at 2:34 when I saw setlist starting with We Made It cuz I just realized we almost didn't. I can't wrap my head around the fact that he was ready to do it, he was ready to kill himself and I'm crying just writing this cuz damn I've been following him since the very beginning and amongst all people that definitely shouldn't have happened to him, especially to him... can you imagine how many people would do the same after him if he ever did this..and his poor family. I just hope that girl lives her best life whoever she is, wherever she is cuz that night she saved an angel. I can’t stop crying when I listen to this. I hope it’s a single, our next TOU. This is going hit fans so 😢HARD. Those that were saved or have thought about it, those that know someone that did, or who Louis saved.
This song always makes me cry. Louis is the stranger that saved me. I found my way to his solo music (and by extention, back to 1D) when I had made up my mind. Louis is the reason I finally accepted that I needed help. I just hope I get ti thank him in person one day. He saved my life, more times than one. And even if I am still struggling, I haven't made an attempt since September 28th 2021 and I haven't had the thought to do it since December 2021. I am doing better.
