The problem in Kali YUga: everything is build randomly. just to use up space. So our door is ES the property is not aligned with the 4 directions... I guess most people are just forced to suffer this random results

Indoor toilets are unavoidable in the modern context. When vastu was first written down typicaly toilets were outside. These days, it's important not to have the toilet in the NE part of your room, and to always keep the toilet seat down and bathroom door closed. You can keep a bowl of salt in the bathroom and change it once a month to absorb negative energy. Never put a murti or devata in the bathroom . Because it is part of modern life and unavoidable you learn to live with it, even if the toilet is in a difficult place.
