Its always laughable when a detatched expert says that people like sailors and captains are untrained and mistaken by what they see on the ocean. I would trust sailors and captains above all else for information about the seas.

Aliens from Venus come down to Earth for feasting, once in every few hundred years. They live in our oceans, bc they’re so massive and the pressure is similar to the atmosphere on Venus.
Then they mate and have babies and their babies are able to come up to the surface, bc they’re smaller. They come up rivers and into lakes and can even cross over land, bc they can also fly.
But they must disguise themselves, as they don’t want to cause panic, that may lead to wars waged against them. So they use trickery and stealth, to capture victims for their food.
When they’ve had their fill, they return to Venus. Until they’re fully grown and wish to propagate their next generation. Then they come back down to Earth and the cycle starts again.
A craft from their world, deep down inside Venus, comes to Earth and they fly up into it.

because they arent thinking literally. So they go looking for the biggest squid they can find and call it a Kraken. The Kraken is long since dead. It is fossilised. The story of Hercules and the Hydra, the seven headed beast, was the same creature. The continent of Australia is the resting place of the kraken. It is literally the continent itself, all the tentacles are still attached to it albeit fossilised. I live on one of its arms. There are boulder formations here which have been misidentified as geological flukes, but they are permineralised remains of the infundibulum and acetabulum of a tentacle from a cephalopod. They'll never find it because these animals truly were GIANT. The ancient texts say it ate whales and giant squid it could cover continents, It could cause whirlpools, it was an ambush predator, In hawaii it was Kanaloa, Scandinavian it is Krake or Kraken, In greek it was Hydra, in Maori it was Te Wheke a muturangi, and so forth it was so large every culture has its exact description in sea faring stories. The skeletal remains of Leviasthan measuring over 14,450 kilometers long is laying on the ocean floor, the closer that you look the more the biology stands out.

There was a piece of tentacle from one of these animals that ended up in the museum, and was declared as unidentified, and really recently a marine biologist, took that chunk of technical, and did some tests to identify it, and it came out to be a giant octopus, now some of this stuff Happens not just because somebody goes into an animals territory, but rather a number of years ago about five a sailing race took a took place and as they were crossing around Cape Horn, the sailing ship hit a giant squid. The squid was minding its own business and Soni itself when it got hit by a ship so naturally it attacked the ship in self-defense People reported getting attacked by a monster, but when it was really, it was minding his own business and it got hit in the head by a big boat how would you feel?
Some of the other things of people, whose, such as big sunfish, or a frilled shark can basically look like a monster, especially if you don’t know what it is. And it’s not to say that there might’ve been bigger, predatory animals out there, but as a man became more prevalent on the seas, their feeding grounds probably got disrupted, and they probably migrated down to where the food was. Some of them probably were very territorial and others of them probably wanted nothing to do with humans. But nobody’s talking about Cryptids here either there are giant things down in the ocean that are chewing on whales what are those Wheels come up with giant scars on them. Somethings gotta be relying on.

Giant squid 100 feet long have been found, seen, documented! There was a huge underwater earthquake in 1810. Three giant squid 100 feet long washed up on shores, the one that washed up on the beach in Florida was still partly alive. Another one washed up on a beach in Japan at the same time. I can't remember where the third one washed up. The best live footage was taken by a whaling ship from china, watch it, it is an amazing video! 100 foot giant squids are exactly what the kraken is! You think 70 foot tentacles couldn't wrap around a small ship? The reason the vikings seen them more is because the ships they used were much smaller. They were real badasses who rowed small ships into the open ocean. They made much, much smaller ships because they literally rowed them. The accounts of sailors who weren't vikings, who got attacked by the kraken, all happened after the big ship sank and they were in those smaller row boats. 100% the krakens are real and 100% for sure, they are giant squid!

they have also found large adult sperm whales with the fresh circular wounds that those suction cups leave if something is able by some miracle to get away! These wounds were in a pattern and no one was able to deny that they were left by a giant squid. The explanation by a few, was that it happened when the whale was a baby and then grew with the scars. These marks were way too detailed. A scar gets less crisp and harder to define when it stretches from the host growing. And the wounds from one of these sperm whales was obviously fresh!

Have people seen things? Yes no doubt. But the reason we cant find them today, is the same reasons we can no longer find "dragons" spoken of in many cultures. Because theyve died out all together. Or they no longer grow that big. Like the "giant squid"

Well so far this is a good video ..and like most Individuals I seen something and made me have a quick thought actually..now think about this without prejudice is it just me or does it also seem like what they describe as the kraken when the tentacles come out from the water some what seem like a whale breaching the water .could it have been a whale landing on the ship which cost it to sink..again just a thought remember those so called witness reports and real life proof of such a creature have not yet been proven ...now lord knows im not saying such a creature doesn't exist im just simply saying probably some of those so called attacks where just whales breaching and landing on the ships deck

Consider this too. If the kraken is a giant octopus it can probably camouflage. We wouldn’t see it unless it wanted to be seen.

I believe giant squids did exist at one time, but with the advent of engine powered ships and sonar, probably are to blame for their death. I mean, look at what the engine noise and sonars do to the ocean life we actually pay attention to. It is devastating. Whales beaching themselves, fish washing up in the millions..just dead. We have to remember, all those accounts of "the kraken" etc were from the days of silent sailing..the oceans were quiet.
