Hey Adrienne! I'd love to see another healthy habits kind of vlog. I remember once you said you try to drink water and green tea before having coffee. I found that tip helpful. I'd love to hear more again about how you nourish your body or ways you try to eat mindfully? For a while there you were eating chicken breast, sweet potato... And maybe rice? Such a simple but balanced meal, but something so simple to keep with! 👍 Do you still doing that kind of thing? Any set balanced kind of meals? I'll take all the healthy diet and lifestyle habits inspo I can get! I'm a massive sugar addict but want to be opting to nourish my body with nutritious whole foods. Starting and sticking to new helpful habits is not my strong suit though... Yet! P.s. loving the monthly reset idea/vlogs. 💖

Hi Adrienne, I can't believe we're in December already! That means the year is almost over and we're all getting OLD the next year! lol I think when we were young, the year seemed to drag on. I love the baby blue sweater, it's so pretty, and it looks great on you. And it's not weird that you don't want to decorate without Cleo. She's your baby, and family. Of course, you would want her there with you. 😍🎄

The dollar store/tree in the states usually has some decent decorations for cheap, also Wal-Mart always puts out a selection of decorations. Christmas decorations make me happy so mine have been up for a while.

I love Banana Republic for clothes, but nothing compares to TJ Maxx for gifts, stocking stuffers and holiday decor! I have social anxiety too, but if I wear a mask around crowds it subsides. I have always been a homebody...but it's gotten worse since the pandemic happened. Masks seem to have kept me cov free and less anxious.

I was gonna ask if some of the places you go to, be it cafes or little shops speak to you in English but that cashier answered that question for me lol about your Korean :). I keep being incredibly amazed at how Korea has so many cute things in general and during the holidays, I'm not a Christmas person but my goodness I would totally buy all of what Korea has to offer during this season. Also, the clothes look so so so good!!
It’s def case by case ~ some places speak english and others not so much. I prefer going to small little cafes because i find that the staff is extra accommodating and friendly!❤

In busan i find most places just speak korean. But in seoul where there are more foreigners, its common for some staff to speak english!! Don’t let it intimidate you ~ they’ve probably come across other foreigners who cant speak korean well either !
