- Maoists and Madhesi Forum broke out a brawl in Second Constituent Assembly of Nepal, on 2071 Magh 6, midnight. The MPs started throwing microphones and shoes at the Rostrum and starting breaking the chairs which caused chaos in the Assembly. Why did this happen in the Parliament? Here's why.
