i do the same thing, but i cover the roast with mustard (either yellow or dijon works) and then put the steak spice on it. the mustard helps the spices stick and adds a nice flavour.
I’ve never tried that before, I’ll have to give it a shot next time I roast a beef! We like mustard so I can definitely see that one being a hit at our house! Thanks so much for the great idea and watching our video.
