Ruffles Around Crochet Earrings

Terms used:
SC - Single crochet
CH - Chain
SS - Slip stitch
Steps to add ruffles AROUND the Small Ring:
Round 1, in the next space, make 2 SC.
Then 2 SC in the next (2nd space) and succeeding spaces (3rd up to the last space).
When you reach the last space, 2nd SC, SS to attach to the first SC to end this round.
Round 2, in next space, make 2 SC.
Then on the next and succeeding spaces, make 2 SC.
When you reach the last space, 2nd SC, SS to attach to the first SC to end this round.
Then CH 1, pull the string and cut.
